I had the dream too...I was looking up...at an angry red "sun"...bigger than the moon and so close you could see the surface "boiling"... as I watched it broke up...into, you guessed it, three huge pieces...it was AWE-FULL...I remember being very calm about it...because there wasn't a damned thing I could do about it...others were screaming and running...basically everyone in the world was watching (it must have been announced on tv what time it would hit our atmosphere)... It hit last night. It wasn't much for a planet like Earth. But for an unprotected... two day ago..... a million times brighter.
I've looked at the aurora pics from last night and they really don't look like they were from the sun. Solar auroras don't look like that. So what ever it was that hit the comet a couple of days ago hit Earth yesterday/last night.
And personally I think it's REALLY COOL to be able to KNOW!!! what happened.
While others tell you lies and bulletin boards fill your minds with doom.

Take a chill-pill because this is not the comet that is headed towards earth. When that one comes there will be no question to where it is in the night sky because it will have a tail that will look like a million stars falling to earth - The same one that the Bible calls "Wormwood" and the one Jesus our lord spoke about.

Comet Holmes - a ball of frozen matter that orbits the sun every seven years - has intensified in brightness one million times since Wednesday night. It is now visible with the naked eye, even from well-lit city areas.
What the comet will do next is anyone's guess.
If the brightness continues at this rate, Comet Holmes will soon become the brightest comet in history.
Or the display might be over by observation time tonight - but no one really knows.
Queensland astronomer Peter Marples said: "It may well be that this comet has brightened more rapidly than any other.
"It has made the constellation Perseus look very different with a 'new star'.
"Imagine what the Southern Cross would look like if it had something similar happen."
The phenomenon is considered strange enough to have excited internet comment and it has even earned itself an entry on the internet public information site Wikipedia.
Comet Holmes may be visible from Queensland tonight between 11.30pm and 2.30am.
It will be under the full moon in the northern sky quite close to the horizon, below the word Perseus on the pictured sky chart.
The moon will change its position each night but the comet will be roughly in the same area for the next week.
This area of the sky is known as the constellation Perseus.
The intense brightening may be caused by the ejection of large amounts of gas and small particles, or perhaps the comet is beginning to break apart.
Binoculars and a sky chart will assist.
Holmes is a periodic comet first discovered by Edwin Holmes in 1892.
It doesn't fit the typical image of a comet as it doesn't have a tail, although the beginnings of a tail formation are suspected.
I'm prediction some prophecy concerning this comet and the planet will be fufilled on the 31st October 2007. |

concerning the "cosmic wave"... I check the "real time" magnetosphere "simulation" frequently...and even more if we are due for CMEs... and have noticed a lot of instances where it turns white hot...for no apparent reason...I assumed it was from GRBs and don't have the time to correlate the data, when the GRBs findings don't show up until a week or more after the event... but I did some research on GRBs too, which appears to be a newly created study...that scientist don't seem to know much about either...
they say,, the bursts are coming from suns that have gone nova...but this is just another of their theories...I suggest these cosmic rays have been coming in...for almost a decade (according to Russian researchers)...and there have been documented cases of the earth sending out its own blasts of energy.
The magnetic shield has taken a severe beating with all the increased solar activity ... there is no denying the effects this has had on the entire solar system...the scientist who are acknowledging the "cosmic waves" (not NASA) are strongly suggesting that these waves are what caused the sun to heat up
the spiritualist tell us that the effects are not only planetary but are altering our DNA...activating "junk" dna and changing the species...
the Mayan say we are approching a new era, where time does not exist and humanity will ascend into the fifth world/dimension

A comet that suddenly brightened earlier this week has astronomers around the globe fascinated. And the show could go on for some time.
Comet Holmes, discovered in 1892, had in recent years been visible only through telescopes until a dramatic outburst made it visible to the naked eye. In fewer than 24 hours, it brightened by a factor of nearly 400,000.
It has now brightened by a factor of a million times what it was before the outburst, a change "absolutely unprecedented in the annals of cometary astronomy," said Joe Rao, SPACE.com's Skywatching Columnist.
The comet is now rivaling some of the brighter stars in the sky.
Anyone with a map should be able to spot it now.
But Comet Holmes lacks a tail, so it's more like a fuzzy, yellow star, observers report. The view is improved with a small telescope.
"This is a terrific outburst," said Brian Marsden, director emeritus of the Minor Planet Center, which tracks known comets and asteroids. "And since it doesn't have a tail right now, some observers have confused it with a nova. We've had at least two reports of a new star."
The comet could fade in a matter of days or weeks, according to a statement from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics.
Comet expert John Bortle expects the comet to continue as a naked-eye object for the next few weeks as it dims gradually. Bortle said the coma, or fuzzy head of the comet, could expand as weeks go by. The coma could reach the apparent size of the moon in the sky, he said.
The comet is located among the stars of the constellation Perseus, which is about halfway up in the northeast sky in the evening. Perseus is almost directly overhead by around 2 a.m. local daylight time and remains well up in the northwest at dawn.
"The comet was plainly visible, disturbing the normal pattern of stars that make up Perseus," Rao said after observiing it last night.
The comet orbits the Sun once every seven years at a distance of about 200 million miles (compared to Earth's 93-million-mile orbit). It was re-observed in 1899 and 1906 before being lost for nearly six decades. Based on a prediction by Marsden, the comet was found again in 1964.
"Since then, it's been behaving well—until now," Marsden said.
Astronomers don't know why the outburst occurred.

AWFUL DREAM
I posted this a few months ago. My fireball dream had a planet alignment too. It will have something to do with several planets aligned. This event if this is prophecy will be the begining of the trumpet judgements. For what it's worth these dreams were not normal dreams they were more like visions and I believe this could very well happen one day.

My daughter responds it has to happen and at least it will be quick. I turn on the t.v looking for something about on the news and just normal shows are on. I say" They aren't going to tell anyone are they?" I then go to the computer to tell you guys and my keyboard just starts shaking before I get to the cmputer and smoke is coming out of the CPU. My sons nose starts bleeding. I look out the window and it looks crazy outside. It's kinda dark and windy and streaks of lightening are everywhere. The window frame is getting hot. Then I see streaks of fire starting to fall. I say "I told you this was going to happen (referring to my other dream) then I said I'm a prophet. Then I woke up wide awake even they I hadn't been sleeping that long |

I just went out with a spotting scope to check it out. It really is pretty bright but we also have a full moon which would pretty much screw up any real film photography.
It is a naked eye object comparable to Saturn. Man I wish I could just keep my stuff set up some where.
FULL MOON will cloud any image I could take. I don't have any filters.
In the nights to come it will only get worse. But it will still be there. |
