Explain? And supposed to pretend that 80 year olds are still making sound decisions. Being nice and polite is one thing but allowing National decisions to be made by such old people with OBVIOUS mental declines is absurd and stupid.

Every Federal office needs to have term limits to prevent this.

Explain? i read once that towards the end of his life Ronald Reagan didn't remember being POTUS. i think this is preferable for some because you won't be able to testify to hearing or seeing anything.
