You must be a *really* lonely person to believe bullshit like this.
What leads to real loneliness in a soul mate, or better yet a twin flame union, is the inability to be together due to varying circumstances and conditions surrounding each individual’s life (which may or may not allow them to openly express their soul connection).
The highest form of missing comes from separated twin flames. This is where deep loneliness can originate.
