Observatory location 4. Date/time 5. All three images taken. All CCD cameras (the Canon 350D is a digital SLR) produce noise that requires use of a dark image to filter out the noise and hot pixels. I reserve judgement until I see more. |

Know anything about em? and I ain't buyin a $1000 one, don't get out with it enough.... Quoting: SHRSHR I found this post on a forum, it might be helpful to narrow down the selection, tho I don't know anything about prices: Some of the most popular cameras are the Canon 20D, 300D and 350D.. The Nikon D70 is another popular among the astronomy community for astrophotography and daytime photography. Although Canon, Nikon and Minolta do have other cameras That work just as well. Those four cameras are ones that I have found to be the most commonly used and proven.
