I was returning home from work, the sun was setting and suddenly there was this very bright starlike object in the sky. It became very bright, then slowly dimmed, moving a bit to the left, then brightened again and then disappeared. I wonder what it could have been. I didn't see any contrails from planes etc. First I thought that it is a star but then it was too bright for start to be seen.
