All that they tell us is where to fly and where to deliver the "load".

But on the other hand our base shares space with other organizations that are involved. Over the years a myriad of projects have been carried out. I'm going to tell you of perhaps the most advanced.

This project involves advanced nanotechnology and I've never seen it properly described in the conspiracy forums.

I'll try to describe it in the simplest terms possible.
Sophisticated nanomachines are included in the "load" mix.

Once in the atmosphere they are eventually inhaled by "targets". There are a huge number of different "parts" which seek out high frontal sinus passages and then assemble with other "parts" to create a computer-interface that hardwires itself to the "target". Within this computer-interface is a SIM which then communicates through the cell phone system with "controllers".

The end product is someone who can be manipulated through an interface quite similar to the fashion one can play a character in a video game. Although the "controller" does this with thoughts versus say an analog input.

The real genius of the system is that it uses the cell phone network which is incidious in huge parts of our society.

No, but there are those who say it is to prevent global warming and other such benign reasons, but you`ve explained yourself now.

It might have been sold to the so-called TPTB by the real TPTB. But what it turned into is far away from that.
