Yeah, both as bad as each other. Glad johnnie hitler is gone though. But the country wont change til some real people run for parliament, instead of wealthy wankers in search of power and publicity. |

Maybe it is in some ways (although I can't imagine what), but that Maryland thing where parents were told to bring their kids to the court house and immunise their kids or face gaol (jail) time - that shit would not happen here in Australia. No effing way.
You unfortunate people in America are leading the way in terms of freedom shutdown. |

I should add that Australia is pretty much leading the way in terms of mafia-style taxes.
In Victoria (one of our states) you have to pay a tax on the water that you keep in your dams. Their reasoning is you're hogging the rain water that would have otherwise gone into the water tables.
I'm not joking. Australian GovCo effectively claims to own the fucking rain that falls from the skies!
Okay lets forget rural for a moment and think of suburbia. Thinking of the planet and want to catch rain water in a tank for your garden etc? Okay good. Now you'll pay a water containment tax as your property is now being used to hold water.
If you saw it in a cartoon you'd laugh. But it's for real in Australia.
I remember when I was a young kid (about 30 years ago) and I read a Hagar The Horrible comic. Two taxmen were at his house collecting tax and Hagar says "You tax us on almost everything! Next you'll be taxing us for the air we breathe!"
And the two taxmen look at each other with light bulbs over their heads and exclaim "AIR!"
I just hope GovCo doesn't read Hagar comics. |

You're right. Having said that, you Americans are also pussies for allowing Bush to come to power, turning a blind eye to those voting scandals. And you pussies are ready to turn a blind eye to the great cunt Shillary Clinton.
There's no hope for any of us. |

 | | Re: Australia has a new government - bonza | Quote | As to be expected the Liberals are in a mess with Costello not wanting the leadership (probably realises it's of no use to him now and Johnnys well and truly scuttled any plans of grandeur he may have had) and a typical money and power hungry Liberal Turnbull putting his hand up (no doubt envisaging his own plans of grandeur at the expense of the Australian populance).
Costello turns down Libs leadership
Outgoing Treasurer Peter Costello has announced that he will not contest leadership of the Liberal Party.
Mr Costello says he has served 17 years in the Parliament and 11 and a half years as Treasurer, but it is now time for him to pursue other opportunities.
"The time has come for me to open a new chapter in my life. I will be looking to build a career, post-politics, in the commercial world," he said.
"As a consequence of that, I will not seek, nor will I accept, the leadership or deputy leadership of the Liberal Party."
He says there is a need for generational change within the Liberal Party.
"I do believe that it is time for the young people of talent and ability - of whom there are many - to be given their go in the Liberal Party," he said.
"Just as I was given my go in the early 1990s, I think it's time for them to have their go." ... [link to www.abc.net.au]
Turnbull puts hand up for leadership
Millionaire MP Malcolm Turnbull has thrown his hat in the ring for the Liberal Party leadership after Peter Costello's surprise announcement that he does not want the job.
Plans for an orderly Liberal leadership transition were thrown into chaos after Mr Costello turned down the leadership today.
"It is time for the young people of talent and ability - of whom there are many - to be given their go," Mr Costello said.
So far Mr Turnbull, the Member for Wentworth, is the only person to announce his intention to run, but says he expects it to be a competitive field.
"I will be a candidate for the leadership of the Liberal Party at the next party meeting," he said.
"I will deliver, if elected to the leadership of the Liberal Party, the energy and the drive and the determination to win and the commitment to deliver new ideas, new policies, new agendas for the advancement of our country."
Mr Costello did not say who he will back to lead the party in opposition. ... [link to www.abc.net.au]
Costello would have won: Liberal Senator
The recriminations over the Coalition's election loss have started, with Queensland Liberal Senator Ian Macdonald saying the Coalition would have won if John Howard had retired a year ago.
Senator Macdonald says he respects Mr Howard but he should have gone a year ago.
"It's a tragic way for such an able, committed man and someone who's been so good for Australia to leave," he said.
"I think it would have been different had Peter Costello been leading the party for 12 months."
He says the cabinet ministers should have that ensured Mr Howard went earlier.
"I'm very confident the Coalition would have won had Peter Costello been leading the party," he said.
"I'm a little disappointed with some of our senior colleagues who didn't have these discussions earlier in the piece.
"It's always a difficult thing to do; I genuinely believe John Howard would have gone had there been a serious discussion with him." ... [link to www.abc.net.au] |

Enjoy the expectation that things will change and your life will be improved.....
A bit like that great holiday you plan for, you save for, you look at pictures etc., you leave work with a smile, go home pack your bags, grab a taxi to the airport, only to see it closed with an industrial dispute and you forgot the travel insurance.
ENJOY |

Kevin Rudd is the new PM. It is official. That's got to be better than having Howard the dictator and ass licker of the U.S Presidon't. Quoting: Tribal Rythm
AMEN TO THAT!!
Reminds me of Whitlam 1972-75..He lasted 3 years but at that time the US military was on the up and up. Not so now. I wonder how long it will be before foreign bases in Australia will be banned and if so will the government of the day be ousted once again by shadow people with Murderok as the press spookes-person at the 'head' ?
I read here Rudd is some sort of Zionist or of Jewish extract. Could some kind person give me a reference for such accusations. Being Jewish is no sin but hidding it May be but a Zionist hiding or nay is simply a gawd dayam were.
Anyhow, wish THAT base out at Pine Gap could be opened up for visitors. Only thinking of the tourism potential and gee wiz, imagine all those disks and technology that could be released overnight getting us un-hooked from the
$100 barrel down the road, 'dementia!'
Fair crack of the whip!
Let's give Kev a fair go. No more dick lick'n by Oz PM's.!!!! |

They both have to bow to the yanks via the CFR/Round Table. I predict that Rhodes Scholar Malcolm Turnbull will be the next PM as he is the most well connected and groomed of any globalist in the parlor-mint.
On the subject of little pissant Johnnie Coward - he outstayed his welcome by a wide margin but refused to lie down. His Freemasons buddies gave him a big slap for his non-compliance by booting him out of government and out of his electorate. Not surprisingly, little Johnnie served exactly "33" years in parlor-mint. Now he can fly off to Israel and continue sucking Zionist cock. |
