Has Anyone Heard Voices Before?

I used to hear someone calling my name a lot when I was a child. I'd go and ask everyone who called me, they would say
not them.

If I meditate, I can hear voices. I like doing that, but it's hard to get into that state every time.

It can come from mind control technology, there is even the US patent 4,877,027:

When I am around people... I say SPIRIT tells me things.

It is NOT like hearling VOICES from OUTSIDE my head.. but inside ... information.

somedthimes I am given a NAME.. and the people tell me it is a dead family member... I relay a message.

I don't think it is INTUITION... as intuition is more a feeling or SCANNING of the energy.

Sometimes I am just encouraged to do something and when I do it I meet up with someone or make a CONNECTION that i needed to fulfill something.

Sometimes when I type.... I clearly here words VERY FAST... soemtimes so fast I can not type it all ... I want them to slow downl.

when i was young around 10, i heard voices in my sleep, like a waking dream.

was like an echoing deep mans voice lecturing me.

even though i was affraid of this voice at the time, i somehow was aware it knew what was best.

also i have had a couple of occasions where i been trying to get to sleep and experienced what i can describe as hightened awareness.

eveything was loud and annoying.

crazy when i think about it.

Interesting… but I’ve also seen things that people may label as ‘hallucinations’ too.

Who knows, they might own the optical technology too ...

I am just saying that people should be warned not to trust those clear voices, true intuition is very subtle and soft and so appears quite different.

I knew this old plump lady who heard the spirits. She was hilarious. Everything she said about what the spirits said were wrong, of course. She said her sisters were witches, and finally that she didn't need her medicines because she was cured. That was when she really got out of hand!

I have,but attributed it to a ghost I saw.."she" said.."excuse me sir".

I heard a voice telling me not to click on this thread, but I did anyway. Oh, well. Live and learn.

Guy's hearing voices, is the first step towards insanity.

Never admit you hear them or they'll lock you in a mental institution.

It happens, though infrequently, with me. However, it did happen the other morning; I was asleep and heard my wife call my name. I woke up and looked in the direction of where the voice was coming from but my wife wasn't even in the bedroom at the time.

I've just put it down to a brain fart now but when it first happen it freaked my out for the whole day.

She would have been perfect seer for a Monty Python movie.

When i was a kid i used to get it, i used to think it was nextdoor arguing as it was always muffled, but it wasn't i could put my fingers in my ears and still hear them, but i couldn't make out what they were saying, i always described it like the sound like it was underwater!
Everynight as i lay there i could hear them, a shrink later said it was because i was physically/mentally abused by my foster mum, but i don't think thats what caused it, because i've experienced it twice as an adult but only for a short period each time.

What exactly are these "voices" telling you?

You cannot make them out.............its EXACTLY like putting your head underwater in the bath and hearing people in the next room talking.

that used to happen to me, too!! now as an adult i attribute it to one particular member of my household who was always screaming my name. i think its called post traumatic stress. i recently legally changed my name because of it.

i have heard voices before, but i can usually find the source. last week though, there was a voicemail on my cell. it sounded like the tv, then all of sudden it sounded DEMONIC. I played it over and over to see if I could decipher it. I attribute it to just catching the radio while I was trying to pick messages while in the car. it was creepy though!

You've just described one of the symptoms of having a chip in your head.

I wouldn't be telling to many people if any. You may end up in the nut house. Make sure your not mentally ill. I've seen people that were losing it that was hearing voices.

I have often wondered of implants, but never connected it to this.

By the way i was a state baby, who would know what they do to babies in care!!

If only it were that simple..........but alas after seeing 3 independent shrinks who all said no and my son who i'm a single dad to is a well adjusted individual, i'm starting to doubt that as a possibility anymore :( shame

Weird things… they talk about ‘a secret’ which they’ve tried to explain to me a few times, but to no avail.

They say things like, left is really right and right is really left and that everything is possible and that it already exists too.

In terms of ‘thinking’ they go deep when they try to explain that ‘everything is possible’… because they say that if everything was possible, then everything is also impossible too.

They talk about left-right a lot too and they say left/right good/bad love/hate is an illusion… the secret is in the middle of the spectrum.

Voices Inside My Head

Hearing voices is either real, or, a bio-mechanical compromise that is either genetic or it is a secondary event connected to an acquired brain injury. The resolution of the voice issue will be found in WHAT YOU ARE TOLD. The VOICE cannot be smarter than you - because it IS you. If the voice is smarter than you - then it isn't you - period.

I had this happen as a result of a head on car crash and acquired TBI. It came, as the medical information indicates, LATER. After time had passed and healing went on, it seems what I "heard" dealt with a topic I never studied. THAT is impossible. Soooo - I am challenging the voice's data.

I don't care what the outcome is - I just want a final answer.

I heard a voice ONCE before.

I was laying in bed trying to go to sleep when all of a sudden what seemed like a projector screen with the numbers counting down backwards was "beamed" into my mind. Then I heard two voices like two people talking over the projector and I immediately said out loud "What the fuck?!" Then it all stopped. It was really weird, and I know it wasn't my conscious talking, it was definitely separate.

They also tell me that I’m mentally ill… but they always tell me to look for the double meaning e.g. the urban meaning i.e. I’m mentally ‘ill’.

“Ill” meaning good (urban/hip-hop).

I also have this very small object on the back of my neck under the skin… me and my friend joked that it was an alien microchip lol.
