You ever try sleeping with an Amethyst crystal under your pillow? If you have one laying around, try it sometime. You may have a hard time sleeping at first because of all the dreams. After using it a lot though, I seemed to develop a tolerance to it.

Yeah I've used it. After about two weeks the dreams were considerably more lucid. Just a warning, it tastes worse than licking the bottom of your shoe. try iamshaman. I won't link, google it yourself.


I ready somewhere that you can take calea on capsules. Hopefully i will find them. But thanks for answering.
