I suppose gravity is the "only" force in the universe?
I think not. If it is, why don't we get sucked into the sun? The sun excerts tremenodous gravity on us. Or how about Mercury? It is much closer to the sun than we are.
It is because there are other forces. If there were not, how does a little bitty planet like earth get such a big moon? If things in space actually operated the same as described in the textbooks, it wouldn't exist--and neither would we. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 333824

Tell 'em to open their eyes and notice the major sunspot activity, locust plague in Kenya, 40 ft seas worldwide just a few days ago, 600,000 without power now in US. Near 80 here today, but only 28 by Friday morning. Mothers killing their own kids. The earth and man is at the breaking point and 23rd won't be any too soon to wipe out this insanity! |

If you were to stand at a prime spot (Say the Lincoln Memorial), and look due East at 6pm EST on Dec 23rd, 2007, would the tip of the Washington Monument or Capitol point to the Moon/Mars conjunction? |

the forty days of resurrection are from 25 Dec to 2 Feb, ie. Christmas to Candlemas. 2 Feb is also supposedly the day Adam Weishaupt received 'illumination'.
If we subtract (40+3) days from the 365 days of the year, we get 322. |

This is a fascinating thread. Here are my points:
Maybe the Antichrist will be made known. We aren't meant to know the time of the coming of Christ, and he doesn't arrive until after the Antichrist has had his fun.
What's with the 23rd? As the planets move so slowly, using the simulators very similar alignments occur a couple of days before and after the 23rd. The solstice occurs on the 21st/22nd and a full moon on the 24th.
If somekind of planetary disaster was to occur then because the planets move slowly the beginnings of disaster would probably occur before as the forces align.
I think that the biggest threat is from the nuts who run the planet who might 'time' thier mischief to co-incide with this natural event |

Bush is the 43rd President. Add 43 to the number of skull and bones 322 = 365 days (in a solar year).
Then think about Wash DC as the solar calendar.
Also, other cities have the 3.22 in them, NYC is one of them. |
