Give the guy the benefit of the doubt. At 103 he may not know the difference between hospital or hospice. He's sick. Remember? Or maybe his first language is not english and he's doing the best he can but his O2 sats are lower than normal and he's getting somewhat 'stupid' because of a lack of oxygen to his brain cells! There is a time when things are more important than spelling and grammar for God's sake!
You need hospice, definitely.
Hospice? Don't you think that is a bit extreme for a fever?
