The Great Masterpiece in the Sky
Hello GLP Readers :)

Life on earth would continue without the easel of the sunsets.
Magenta, purples, reds, yellows all mixing in the sky, and as you stand awestruck, you see the colors being applied in strokes, blending and changing, from instant to instant, as if being painted right in front of your eyes, by the hand of a master artist.

Finally, when the colors deepen to tawny shades, and the curtain of night begins to fall, you stand smiling, because all the art in all the museums in the world painted by all the great masters, do not come close to the masterpiece you have just witnessed for free. Tomorrow you will return and the sky will be once again painted in yet another unique composition. So look up, because life could continue without these sunsets, but have you ever considered them to expressions of love? You are so loved you are being treated to an art show and all you have to do it look up? If that is now love expressed, then what is? Tree

How true Tree Hugger, just yesterday I saw some amazing clouds, outlined in rainbow colors. It was actually the best part of the day.

Hello XXX....
We are the observer and without the observer would they?

Hello Earthbound....:) I know what you mean. Here in the White Mountains we have whole herds of buffalo that run across the sky.

In fact, down to the very atom, the Masterpiece never ceases.

The richest most majestic of purples that no man could ever create or reproduce showed itself with the most incredible white hilighting in the clouds at sunset Sunday night.

Tripped me out so much I took a picture of it, and while doing so I thought the same thing...what a gorgeous planet we live on and without humanity what a wonderful world this would be.

Hello Spec!
Thank you….very apt comment…always nice to see you on a thread.

AC……I believe that what you saw is love from the Mind of Spirit, whatever name you wish to call it. So many humans miss the love all around them but you and I didn’t miss it, so it did not go unwatched and unheeded.

Really? No sunsets would mean no Sun, which might make it a little hard for living things.

Yes AC
And all the food could be gray and still sustain humans.

LOL

I walk around with book titles in my head of
books I´d like to write.

One of them is:

"The Earth Would Be A Great Place To Live
If It Wasn´t For People"

Another is:

"Life: It´s Not For Everybody"
