5 Reason Why All Americans Are Stupid Useless Idiots!!

OP, it would help to disclose what country your from, but as i see it, you get out of an experience, what you give it. you came, you found reason to slam and slam you did, why on earth would the US present its glory to you, aka self fulfilling prophecy. I can go anywhere and am adaptable and cordial enough to make my way and enjoy learning a new part of the world and the people that i come in contact with.

I have always had a problem with prejudice.

It is based only on ignorance.

I've decided to get up at five in the morning instead of five thirty, so I can enjoy living in this country for an extra thirty minutes tomorrow.

It's not American's fault, it's the fault of their leaders....think of America like an ant farm that someone has just stuck their foot in....or a bee hive that someone just wacked with a stick....same principle.

American's are upset and do NOT want to be engaging in foreign invasions and policing the world.

and done some traveling and I have met people from all over the world, and I know what I have learned.

Talking to people face to face over the past thirty five years has given me a perspective that one cannot acquire living in your mother's basement.

Actually, I was born in the States, but raised, and educated, in Canada, which gives me a unique perspective on the American way, and I appreciated it enough to want to live here.

I had the choice where I wanted to live, and I chose the U.S. for the opportunities, and because of Hawaii.

Hawaii is an international location,
with access to visitors from literally everywhere.

I do, however, consider myself to be Canadian.

Canada is a wonderful country.
That's where my roots are.

To insult Americans is a sign of Arrogant Ignorance.

No one has any reason to insult Americans.

Judge the gov't because all you know is what Murdoch feeds you.

Yeah, this gov't is not a good one.

In fact I believe these are the dark times of the U.S.
and this administration will go down in history as the worst, most destructive, most dangerous administrations.

Sometimes it is not easy living here,
but there are enough of us who do not sit on ever widening butts playing video games to get this country back on track.

Why did you want to be educated here in Canada when its always said that America has the best learning institutions?
Maybe you've seen the truth about how most Canadians are smarter than your typical American. We know more about America than America knows about us. What the hell you call that? People in New Orleans think we all live in igloos and have polar bears outside our hut, and take a dogsled to work.

Well who doesn't want to live in Hawaii and along with the fact that more than half of the population and original inhabitants are not american.

You consider yourself to be Canadian!? Man your quite delusional eh?. Your not Canadian at all and I bet most Canadians would feel the same with what you have said and its I pity you since you actually think your Canadian, yet you don't live here nor was born here, and yippy yay that you spent some time here. You weren't even born here for starters. If you were truly one, you wouldn't want to live in the states unless it was for school or a job or some temporary opportunity and even then thats a stretch. More specifically, if you were a 'true' Canadian, your attitude would be one of an amicable nature not looking to start a fight like the average American. Americans just can't take the criticism cuz the truth hurts. Plus if you were really a true Canadian you would admit that we are better at hockey since we made it, not to mention mostly all the players in the NHL are Canadian if not Russian. It takes a good understanding of what it means to be Canadian, and obviously you don't understand and are delusional.

I'm not insulting Americans, I'm just stating a fact that over a million other people around the world feel the same about. If you took it as an insult then you obviously have recognized your guilt but are unable to admit to that level. If you think I'm calling you an Ugly American, I wasn't but since you felt that was being said about you, it obviously shows that you are.

Again, I'm not judging you. I have been to the states MANY times and have spent LOTS of time in different states and this is from my own experience. One in particular where I heard a cashier comment that our money doesn't even look like real money but it looks like monopoly money. So what was that? Arrogant pride speaking or her just being nice enough to insult our currency? At least with our money we can tell whats a fucking 5 dollar bill and whats not. Your money looks all the same, hard to tell in the dark whats what at a strip joint and plus its boring to look at. Our style of currency reflects the multi-cultured society that lives in Canada. Funny the font on your bills now seems so much like ours, I wonder why.

I know NOT ALL americans are assholes, but when you guys do what you do and the whole world feels the same, you guys have the nerve to wonder why. Sigh open your eyes and change man, its never too late. Your government has breeded all the negatives in your society as with any other governments in other countries, however, you guys have just went nuts, morals and ethics in your country seem to have vanished. Americans are always being accused of lacking knowledge of other countries and other cultures. we are accused of being ignorant and unworldly.

I tend to think of this as a credit to our own country. we have no need to go abroad for anything. we have good schools and good jobs here. if we go to other countries it is usually on business or for fun. Most people move here to further their education or to get a good job. we are already here. in the land of opportunity there is no need to look elsewhere. we have most other countries cultures right here in the states. we have chinatown. germantown. french quarter. little havana, little haiti, some parts of texas is like being in mexico. we have new england. little Italy and too many others to name.

when america took in the poor the tired and the huddled masses. they also took in the riff raff of those countries. so we have a high crime rate. people want the american dream but they want to take it by force instead of work for it.

come on now. to americans your money does look like monopoly money. to us money has always been green. it isnt a reason to hate is it? also, we don't give a shit if you are better at hockey than we are? Hockey is not a big deal here in the states. at least not in the south and the western states. And I have met many people from Lousiana and none of them think canadians live in igloos. you sound somewhat biased to me.

Canadians are better at hockey, yes,
I am a lifelong fan of the Habs,
and there are a great deal of things Canadians are good at,
but, as the U.S. is not perfect,
neither is Canada.

Didn't say Canada was perfect. The hockey comment was just for comic relief.

I have roots in Canada,
many realities living there,
many buried there.

I grew up in a border town, where, in the era when I was born, the closest hospital was seven miles away in Vermont, as opposed to an hour away to the closest Canadian hospital.

All the people in my home town during this time were born in the states.

The border didn't mean much back then.

I used to have a paper route, "The Montreal Gazette"
and I had customers on both sides of the border.

There is a street in my hometown called Canusa Street,
Because the center line was, and still is, the border.
To drive out of this town one actually drove in the states
for a little less than a mile.

I was born in Vermont because it was the closest hospital,
and I was educated in Canada because that is where I lived, as my parents did, as their parents did, as their parents did.

This is why I consider myself to be a Canadian.

I was managing a grocery store a few years ago, and a teacher from the local high school came in looking for freebies to send to his son's outfit in Afghanistan, not long after 911.

What he told me was that his son was on a ship "Off the coast of Afghanistan"

It struck me, because there is no Coast of Afghanistan.

I figured there were tho possibilities here.

One, he was a teacher, but was totally ignorant of where Afghanistan is,

or, he assumed that I went to school where he taught,
and therefore, I didn't know anything.

Perhaps he just didn't communicate properly to you what he was trying to say since it sounds like he wouldn't have had the strongest command of the American English Language?.

I even root for Canada at the Olympics. I happen to be a Canadian who lives in the States.

You mean your an American living in the U.S. who lived in Canada for a bit growing up?. Thats just peachy keen that you root for Canada at the Olympics and all, but your in the U.S. now, you were born there and you spent some time here, but more than anything you lived in the States longer than you have lived here have you not? Well IMHO you can't have the best of both world's and then claim your Canadian just because you have a few generations that lived in Canada and because you lived in Canada for a bit. Well such is life, your think your Canadian, I don't. Your parents are Canadian (which should be some type northern european background considering where you said you grew up unless otherwise)I just don't think YOU are Canadian and I know to contest it any further is pointless.

The only problem I'm experiencing with the USA is the hard choices I still have to make, when I'm visiting the new, Organic Food Section of the 100,000 square feet of Supermarket.

I now can understand why they too cant stand Americans.

This is not representative of how all, or even most Canadians feel about our neighbors.

You say this as though it were American's faults...the way things are right now. Think back. THEY were brutally attacked on Sept 11th, they lost 3000 citizens in one fell swoop. Their leaders have run them into the ground. Remember at the start of this war on terror...declared by Bush...it was the people...the American's who protested in the streets against it. The world rose up to try to stop this war on Iraq.

Americans are outraged and do NOT support this war machine government that has us all teetering on the brink of WW3.
Stop blaming and hating American's. They are good people. Blame their leaders, for it is the fault of their leaders that is the reason they are in this mess....because their leaders didn't listen to them, and invaded Iraq anyway....just as Bush is paving the way now for an invasion of Iran...

Again, it's out of the hands of the American citizen. Their governments have been highjacked by a war machine.
