Skullcap = Scutellaria lateriflora
The surest way to get fresh leaves would be to cultivate it. It might grow wild in your area, but this will only work if you're interested in learning plants and foraging. You also might find an herbal grower with a patch, but if he's not real close, this won't work for "fresh," which means FRESH, preferably picked within minutes, preferably in the morning.

Some health food shops carry bulk seeds and herbs. If they don't have it, ask if they will order some in. They usually have several wholesale catalogs they can order out of for their stock. I have seen it in some but not all shops so a few phone calls might save you some petrol.
Fresh is always better but I have some I've had in a drawer for about 6 years and it still works.
This formula has been known to kick ass on asthma. I have personally had one dear lady on it who tired from walking from one room to another and was on a nebuliser plus an inhaler.
I got her to drop those after taking the tea as well as drinking white sage tea. I now see her zipping back and forth around the local shopping plaza, walking her dog briskly and so forth. She gave me a really nice painting of animals she did in thanks for showing her this formula. She's still going strong and that was several years ago. |

My father is having problems right now ,difficult breathing , x rays show nothing significant, but he walks a few steps and need to stop for air. H e worked when younger in a tv fabric, painting boards. Can he try this? Thanks for your help, nothing is coincidence, blessed be. |

You'll notice that you cough up some nasty black stuff if you're a smoker. Anyone can use this formula safely but you only need it 3 times a day for 3 days. |

I was given this recipe a few years ago by a cherokee medicine man. He told me that as a long time smoker I would need to take it for nearly a month to clear the crap out of my lungs.could feel the tar coming out through my skin, smelt like a yucky old ashtray, but it worked a treat.
Best Lung cleanse ever if you are a smoker and want to get healthy lungs back! |

There are no real instructions for preparation -- I would assume that boiling these herbs for about 5 minutes and then straining them into a cup would be the proper method - right? I've gone through 2 servings thus far and haven't coughed up any tar -- and KNOW there must be ALOT in there. Just quick smoking and trying desparately to clean up my act and be able to BREATH again! |

Fenugreek and fennel are not native North American plant species. These were brought over from Europe by colonists. |
