I like to 'feel' the vodka in my mouth and throat....I am from the 'baby boomer' age, and I started drinking with Smirnoff (guess that's all I could afford back then) |

I can figure that out with the strong, fierce brands It's got a little kick! Russian Passover Vodka and Tonic. Fill one tall glass with ice Add a lime wedge Fill to top with Stoli's Pass the unopened tonic water bottle over the mouth of the glass. Enjoy |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 340689What ever you do stay away from heaven hill or is it haven hill. I don't recall but I know it's some nasty shit. And yes I do like the bite. Ahhh...good to hear some more folks like me out there. Like I said everyone would just blink when I criticized the 'too smoothness'...like 'wouldn't you just want the verrry best?' |

That was thirty years ago. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 340689I don't recommend it. The only thing more vile is Vodka with coca-cola! Bleah! SHR Forum Administrator 12/15/2007 11:25 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Stoli, and Stoli gold especially, real Russian Vodka flavor, probably the most traditional of the better vodkas, some hangover, but not too much. Skyy, Svedka, clean, not a lot of character, but clean vodka taste, little to no hangover. Kettle, Ultra clean taste, more Chariot, but not a whole lot more, virtually zero hangover. Goose, sweet vodka, lacks traditional flavor, but tastes like sweetened or processed with French Anti-freeze, badass hangover, no matter how much it costs. Smirrnoff, OK quality vodka, traditional Russian flavor, not overly clean and mass produced taste, medium bad to bad hangover. Luksusowa, CHOPIN, Polish Potato vodka, different flavor than grain vodka, same rules apply, the more distillation, the less hangover. Different flavor and often a change of pace for traditional Russian vodka drinkers. Popov, best mixed with Kool-aide or grape soda, consumed for the purpose of getting hammered for the lowest total cost possible, wicked hangover often accompanied by waking up next to the ugliest creature you have ever encountered, wearing your clothes...... ____________________________________________________ E-mail anytime [email protected] Inquiring about a ban?, include the IP address found here. Anonymous Coward User ID: 340689 United States 12/15/2007 11:25 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | stoli...good solid russian vodka...no hangover!!! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 340479I have wondered if the russians developed a special kind of grain to make this exellent vodka with...anyone know the story on stoli??? It's the fusal(sp)oils that cause the hangover, so if it's distilled right you shouldn't get a hang over as long as you are well hydrated. |
