Every illness and disease will have its own freq, and by that means that they will be able to tell virtually instantly when a person is coming down with virtually anything. Or like you say, increase chances that you get something, by doing something to your biology that leads to the end result of that disease or sickness, or condition, or what ever.
You people do not appreciate that thay can remotely build an image of your body with such techs, if they know your freq, and they will if they put a chip in you.

Yep, they can do what you said, but your not thinking big enough about what they will be able to do, as people generally are so lacking in what they can actually do already, and have been able to do for decades now.
