You did say "not collected or entered" which could be a delay. Any Good Data Base Programmer would NOT allow for Data on the Same Person, for the Same Vaccine (event) Death to create a duplicate Record. While you can receive multiple shots"Vaccines" and have multiple Adverse Reactions over time, You can Only Die Once from a Vaccine in any Database worth anything..... If the Database is Bad, Broken and allows for Multiple Entries for the same persons death, the Numbers would / should still be going up, Not Down. CN |
