It is nothing less than state sponsered biological warfare against its own citizens. Enough evidence in terms of the toxins being sprayed is out there. The 'gubmint' continues to deny anything to do with it. Therefore the people will have to take things in their own hands and shoot down these planes just like those 'homeland security' planes full of cocaine are being shot down in Central America before they can make their way to Florida (thanks Jeb Bush). If you trust ANYTHING this government says you are a fool.
