Blind patriotism and Christianity seem to make a good match for each each other.
Which I find humorous because biblical Jesus was such a rebel...he railed against TPTB all the time in the bible, you would think that Christians would take a lesson from this.
Strange days indeed.
You should include ALL religous fanatics to be sincere.

I don't really care for that concept myself. And I don't see other religions embracing patriotism as fanatically as American Christians are right now, so if I were to say so, would it even be true? I know you probably don't care for it, but if it weren't for the neo-cons using Christianity to install fascism, then Bush would never have won the election. It's well known that Christians are the core of his "base".
