For the people saying they're irrelevant because of modern technology, technology can fail. If it does what do you suppose [insert foreign army] is going to use this to navigate? We should still be aware of this and how it works so when/if TSHTF we can use it against them or disrupt it. |

As with anything that I come across, I try to research things to find out if there is anything to it or not.
I came across this 'sign marking' info a little while back. I live very near a base and lot of our signs have these stickers on the back. I also looked for the 'blue blue blue' signals as well.
I have come to the conclusion that this information is NOT correct and do not significantly point to places of transportation or detention.
Sorry, for bummin the hype.

It was supposedly part of the communication that they used. Three blue signs together marking to say air transportation close by.....like airfield or helipad.

I remember in England during 2WW.ALL road, Village, city signs were removed. The theory behind this was that spies would not know which direction to go and would have to ask directions, thus becoming known....True! |

All military bases, airfields, hospitals, churches and power plants are already shown on public maps. I would imagine most higher ranking officers in the UN would speak and read English so they could follow what was written on the faces of the signs instead of cryptic codes on the reverse....What purpose would this elaborate scheme serve? |

I recall Mark Koernke and Don Betcher(sp? and already referred to a few posts up, well more than a few) saying to use silver spray paint for that natural back of sign look with Crisco or Teflon spray on top of that to prevent reapplication of a tacmar. but with the cost of Aluminum for recycling, maybe some of the signs will just get recycled by less than scrupulous metals dealers. |

The government is at it again. In a grand effort to prepare for upcoming martial law, the military has encoded secret messages, or TACMARS (a.k.a. tactical markers), in the US Department Of Transportation's system of road signs.
Why would they want to encode messages in road signs around the country? As this conspiracy theory goes, it is to help pinpoint important military strongholds and other areas marked for confiscation during martial law.
These military objectives range from fresh water sources to air lift capable locations such as school parking lots to tennis courts and Wal*Marts that can be used for rounding up dissidents.
When the New Word Order finally takes over, they will need to know where all these important objectives/installations are. Not surprisingly, a complex coded message in the country's road signs seems like a perfect way to get the message across.
This unnecessarily complex coding system also has the added benefit of continuing to work even if every single map in the world suddenly pops out of existence for some reason. That's handy.
We are all aware that the government and military will commonly do things that do not seem to make sense. So the question for this Tacmar Conspiracy is whether or not it makes sense.
Let's find out, shall we?
