I don't necessarily believe that something will happen on a specific date just as Jesus said about he second coming to the earth. People have been saying for years that we are in the last days and have made some outlandish claims to things happening.

I do believe that we are in the LAST days by what's going on in the world currently with our war in the Middle East and it seems that the US may be distancing themselves a bit from Isreal as well. Again, I tend to think that the Bible was created to give man purpose other than to just exist. I obviously think it was probably created by people that thought they were in contact with God, but it has been so manipulated over the years that no one really knows the truth anymore except for an elite few. I can tell you that it seems to be much different than what our leaders believe in. That statement there truely makes me wonder about certain things and whether we are being completely deceived by our leaders about what the truth really is.

Who knows, 2007 may be the start of the great ending and the true end my come on 2012 when time ends on the Mayan calander. It's hard to say but they were very spirtual people where we truely are not. We have been led away from spirituality by our religious leaders in my opinion because the few that are in control want to retain power and in order to do such, you have to keep the cattle dumb and unaware of the true meanings of things.

Again, I don't think there really will be a specific time when this happens but I think there are many signs that things are drawing to closure. Perhaps the entire asteroid hitting Mars may be the very thing where it states in the Bible where an angel will come with a key to the bottomless pit to release the things trapped there within. Some people believe that the Earth is the place where the beings are being held to torment man until the God passes judgement on mankind, others believe that perhaps Mars may be this place. The things which I'm talking about are the Fallen Angels that God passed judgement on with the Great Flood.

At any rate, there is so much misdirection by so many angles so that we will truely not know when it's over but you can be sure, we are not far away.

December 25 was a significant date for various early cultures. The ancient Babylonians believed the son of the queen of heaven was born on December 25. The Egyptians celebrated the birth of the son of the fertility goddess Isis on the same date.

Some scholars suspect that Christians chose to celebrate Christ's birth on December 25 to make it easier to convert the pagan tribes. Under the emperor Aurelian, Rome had celebrated the feast of the "Invincible Sun" on December 25.

So who else celebrated the 25th of December as the birth day of their gods before it was agreed upon as the birth day of Jesus (pbuh)? Well, there are the people of India who rejoice, decorate their houses with garlands, and give presents to their friends on this day. The people of China also celebrate this day and close their shops. The pagan god Buddha is believed to have been born on this day when the "Holy Ghost" descended on his virgin mother Maya. The great saviour and god of the Persians, Mithras, is also believed to have been born on the 25th of December long before the coming of Jesus (pbuh).

Adonis, revered as a "dying-and-rising god" among the Greeks, miraculously was also born on the 25th of December.
