Report Copyright Violation | conan o'brian can not say christmas tonight on a rerun of conan (christmas season), he was interviewing jim carey and by the end of it jim seemed like he was expecting conan to say merry christmas...conan even looked like he wanted to say it but couldn't because he wasn't allowed to. i forget the exact words he said but he was but it was more or less the law.
this must have been 2005 because jim was promoting fun with dick and jane.
i knew christmas is trying to be banned everywhere but i didn't know people are being harrassed into not saying it.
jim handled it excellently and mantra-d MERRY CHRISTMAS and said he even hopes it's a very CHRISTY CHRISTY CHRISTMAS.
but conan could NOT say it without getting into some kind of trouble. |
