Re: FSC Cigarettes
I received my order today, took out the pre-filled cart, cleaned it and added my 24 mg Menthol liquid. I can't take it, it's way too strong. I could only do a small drag, and then I still coughed like the dickens. I taste more nicotine then menthol, so I am off to dilute it with the glycerin.

Re: FSC Cigarettes
My husband and I both started getting sick at about the same time we noticed our marlboros tasted like crap and wouldn't stay lit. Besides the headache, sore throat and cough that we both got, I also was getting hives all over my body and my throat was swelling. I have lots of allergies and occasionally deal with hives after exposure to harsh soaps and such but I'd never had hives all day long every day when I was home (week off for the holidays). Much net searching revealed it was likely the cigs, so I bought every pack without the FSC mark on them and bought everything to start rolling my own. Now, 24 hours after dropping the FSC smokes, we're both feeling much better. I have no doubt that is what caused both of our symptoms. And by the way, I read that the chemical they're using in NEOPRENE. Bad stuff. Google it.

To repeat what some have already said - the tobacco companies didn't want this, it was forced on them. Trying to make smokers quit, or trying to kill them, I'm not sure which, but I'm leaning toward the latter. Government intervention and raping of our liberties in yet another new form.

For those with friends/family who refuse to hear how evil our government is, here's a tip: stop beating them over the head with it and screaming at the top of your lungs. We used to do that until we figured out that the reluctant-to-believe listened and some even opened their minds once we started tapping them on the shoulder and whispering.

I hope you don't mind the self-promotion, but here's a video I put together with one of my husband's songs that he uses to spread the word. The song is called Think - and it's a great for getting people to stop and really think for themselves about what is happening in the world all around them.

I have been on the Internet all weekend serching for all the information I can find on FSC cigarettes, due to the fact that I truly believe they have been making me sick since I have started smoking them. Anyway, I totally agree with everyting you said....and your husband's song and video are awesome!!! Thanks for adding it to your post. I added it to Face Book, to try to help get it out there. Would love to hear it on the radio!!! Good Luck!!!

^^^I love that video!!

I can honestly say, now that I have figured out the liquids, these e cigs are wonderful. The Tornado from Totally Wicked last me all day, the battery that is, I have to refill the cart 3 or 4 times.

Here is the link... [link to www.totallywicked-eliquid.com]

I have tried all methods of trying to quit, the patches, the gum, Chantax, (sp?) if it's out there I tried it.

I have gotten the menthol down pat so much that the e-cigs now are preferred over reg smokes now. A huge thanks to those in this thread that lead me to them. :5:

I watched a ton of videos on youtube before deciding what model to choose. Some even have discount codes...like this one >>>> 774D4 for Totally Wicked. Where ever you buy from, check youtube for a code, there every where.

All I can say is research it, do not get a trail size and a cheap one, and do read the e cig forum's.

Re: FSC Cigarettes
Just in case anyone has not read:

The firesafecigarette.org website mentions a study by the Harvard School of Public Health:

“The report states, "The majority of smoke toxic compounds (14) tested were not different between New York and Massachusetts brands. Five compounds were slightly higher in New York brands. There is no evidence that these increases affect the already highly toxic nature of cigarette smoke." The research found the majority of toxic compounds were no different between the smoke of the New York and Massachusetts brands that were tested. Five compounds were slightly higher, but no evidence exists that the small increases affect the already highly toxic nature of cigarette smoke.”

Essentially, what they are saying is that since cigarettes are already toxic, let’s make them more toxic.

The real numbers from the study are:

“The Harvard School of Health reported that when comparing NY Cigarettes (FSC) versus Regular Cigarettes, the FSC cigarettes produced 13.9% more Naphthalene and 11.4% more carbon monoxide than regular cigarettes. Naphthalene is commonly found in moth balls, and exposure in high amounts can result in headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, malaise, confusion, anemia, jaundice, convulsions, and coma. Therefore, it has been proven that FSC cigarettes contain higher levels of chemicals that are harmful to smokers.”

Re: FSC Cigarettes
Ummm, yeah, alright.

I can tell you that FSC is nonsense. I've put my cigarette out and it lit right back up again and it happens often. I never had this big of problem with them before. Let alone the suspicious layout of there promotion of the new chemical oh that's right there wasn't any! We need to come together as a people and defend our right as consumers to know what exactly is FSC!

Can anyone tell me what the chemcial the put in the new FSC Cigarettes. I cannot find this info any where on the internet.

Hi e1 this is an email I got from a smoker thought you all needed to read this. I will not stop so hey help me out here. I got a call today from someone telling me to back off. I will not stop. I need your help. They can not get away with this!!!!!! Their threats do not scare me. I will go down fighting for all of us. Find out all you can.

Hi kay;
I think in my research I may have found out what's up with those cigarettes. They use an adhesive called ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion based adhesive. At least that it what one of the pattents for reduced ignition propensity cigarettes said was required. I looked up the chemical. It is the same adhesive used for glueing the backing on carpeting. It has shown to cause tumors in mice, but it is not know what it does to humans. Also, I read the metals such as aluminum are used to help keep the cigarette burning where the speed bumps aren't, or something like that. At any rate that explains the metal taste that I am left with. I think there is far more to this. I don't think they care at all about the 700-1000 lives that will be saved, or so they say will be saved. Also, the testing done did not prove conclusively that fsc would not ignite and start fires. What bothers me most is that the only testing done on these cigarettes was in relations to it fire safety. No tests were done as to the health risks created by the changing of the cigarettes. I also am very suspicious as to how they snuck this on us. We hardly heard anything at all about this till it went in to law. Another weird thing is that back in 2004-2005 I used to buy Marlboro's from an indian reservation in NY, they were cheaper. I noticed that the cigarettes went out, however, they did not have the smell, taste or affect that these FSC have now. I know now that the pilot test was done in NY. Everything in the passing of the FSC law was based on what happened in NY. But I can tell you, that the cigarettes in the pilot test in New York are NOT the same as the one's they are pawning off on us now. They changed them. I think we are being experimented on, against our knowledge and will, just as they did medical experiments on prisoners and children in the foster care system. No one cared about them to make a stink and now no one cares about the smoker because we have been made out to be evil bad people who are hated by the general populace. Anyway, as you can see, I am really pissed off about this whole thing. I wish there were something we can do. People are going to get very sick and some are going to die from these cigs. Anyway, gotta go to work. Thanks for Emailing me back. Nance

Re: FSC Cigarettes
I've been searching for an answer to my health problems for 5 years now. In 2005 I had titanium dental implants from Biomet 3i, brand is osseotite - same time as FSC came into cigs. I've had electrical currents running through my jaws to my pounding thyroid, gout systems, swelling, fatigue, muscle spasams, cramps, IBS, etc. Was very healthy before! I had a Melisa test for these implants - I'm good with the titanium and other metals but MOLYBDENUM came up as positive - very sensitive to this metal - but my brand of implants doesn't have this metal. Looked on www.mii.org/minerals/photomoly.html. It stated one of its uses is in smoke and flame retardants - I haven't found the FSC chemicals or metals but I bet this is one of them. Will go to rolling my own and then quite. Will do chelation to remove this metal.

Only one person seems to mention the paper. I stopped and gutted a cig and you can clear see a difference in the paper at the very top the midldle and the bottome.
I too have also recently noticed most of the smokers that I know have had worse smokers cough and phlem in their throat.... . . . You can write whoever you want it wont help anything. I dislike being so pessimistic but the did the general population's concern matter all that much. (Unless it was on of the few top stories that all the media seems to cover) the rest of the people voice just seems to be suppressed, even as I typed this my smoke went out and I am a fairly fast typer. Anyways to those resposible for this.. THX WE REALLY APPRECIATE IT. :)

Ok, so here's a question maybe someone intelligent can answer for me. Cigarettes are already held together by a sort of gummy substance, right? (I know if you buys plain old papers and lick the shiny strip it gets sticky.) So, why don't the tobacco companies use this same substance, that we already smoke, to hold their new less porous strips of paper into place?? Please someone tell me that the millionaire brainiacks at the tobacco companies have already considered this before trying to kill all of us!

It is indeed Saltpeter. I do not know all of the uses, but it is an herb that is also used to help slow down sex drive for men who are prison for lengthy amounts of time. Go to Google and put in Saltpeter and it should come up.

Hello e1 I was wondering if any of the smokers in this group have experienced loss of circulation in their faces? I have been smoking for 21 years and I have never experienced what I am experiencing now which has only been within the last couple of months. I have been having extremely bad headaches which causes me to have life like nightmares. Meaning my nightmare are more real than the normal type of nightmares. Even my dreams have been very intense. But more than that when I wake up in the morning, I have a loss of sensation in my face. It almost feels like when your foot or some other part of your body losses circulation,in laymans terms people will say something like my foot is sleep or my leg is sleep. My face is now feeling like it is sleep. I have a younger sister who smokes, and she is experiencing the same sorts of problems and I was wondering if anyone else is going through these same sorts of issues?

Standard PsyOps is to make the population attribute all disorders to smoking, unless a non smoker. This is standard Protocol, which is why youll see doctors say smoking causes everything unless its a non smoker then they find other causes. Its standard protocol with an agenda. They want things like cancer to continue with the real cause hidden, and want smokers and non smokers to continue to equally get cancer, among other agendas.

the chemical is carpet glue if you look at the paper its there but they also changed the tobacco mix a little and put more cold burning tobacco in them now they did this so that people wouldnt fall asleeep and burn the house down supposed reason i should say so now the question arises what ever happend to natural selection you know only the strong and smart survive the week and dump die as part of natural selection to control the population or did everyone forget about that leason in school our country has become obsesed with the idea that everyone should have a right to life well if you are dumb enough to stand in the middle of the road and just stare at that bus heading right at you and he is still 2 blocks away but you still stare and then finally booom he hit and kills you do we strap big thick matress type coushions on the front of all busses hell no we stand back laugh at the idiot for just standing there or better yet put it on tv like americas dumbiest criminals or something of that nature so then everyone can laugh at your stupidity that was truly natural selection if we went back to that think of how many people you pass by everyday in your car at the store were ever that would not make it

Microwave all 20 cigs in a pack outside of the pack on a paper towl for 40 seconds it will remove the ethylene glycol and propylene glycol. There is carpet glue in cigs now so it will kill you off quicker.

Order your cigs from greece. They are 1/5 the price.

Re: FSC Cigarettes
If you look up the majority of these chemicals, you will find they actually occur naturally in over 1000 plants, many of which are used in cigarettes. In my personal opinion,The FSC that is being added to cigarettes is deadly, it is not an "added amount of the glue", if it was the glue then it would not cause the coppery taste, since cigarettes have used the same glue for years and haven't had that side effect.
Smoking or not is an individual choice, and the federal government is taking that choice away from americans. This is not the same thing as taxation without representation, which is bad enough, but a deadly blow to our choices as americans.
The FSC was added to our cigarettes without the knowledge of the common American, Kept hidden from us until they shoved it down our lungs, and we weren't and are not given a choice in which cigarettes it is in.
This was not done for our protection as they claim, it was hidden and kept a secret! Again, In my opinion, it was done for big bucks to the elected officials.

Just my two cents.

Nonfsccigarette.com is proud to announce our newest url, clovecigs.com. Not only do we have non fsc cigarettes in all major brands, but we extremely excited to introduce clove cigarettes to our website....
