Of course its going to be bright anyways since its making a relativley close flyby with the sun. You are right in that is IS comming closer to us, as it is listed in spaceweather as a potential danger.
Also, its 6 km wide, not 3. And it isnt an orb either, if you look at astroid 1685toro youll see why is reflects the sun how it does.

Everybody relax, it isnt anything other than an
astroid named 1685 Toro, it orbits the sun and was one of the first apollo astroids to be discovered. Check:

It is comming relatively close to us this month, and is even listed in Spaceweather.com as a possibly dangerous astroid. Check:

They even tell you what it is, come on guys, check your information.
Well I knew that would be the attempt at an offical explanation. Except that there are SEVERAL showing up.
This phenomena as more than ONE object! Looking closely at the gif’s saved off from the archives, here’s what I found.

Thats because the astroid got his by a solar flare and lit up. The very instrument used to record it is made to pick up large flare activity, and in this case is was richoteing off an astroid called 1685toro.
Thats all it is folks, 1685 toro, sorry to poop on the party but i mean seriously, you even got Nancy all excited on this one.
Rubbish. Solid rock objects hit by solar flares don't become luminescent. You need a course in basic physics. |

I don't believe Pluto was demoted just for fun, that is illogical. But since it was, anything discovered beyond Pluto is easy to brush off, disregard and keep quiet.
Is it coincidence the Planet X/Sedna debate ended with Pluto's demotion? I thought science was to move foward in knowledge, not bury it in history before we are all educated of its discovery. Such actions are retrograde in advancement, unwelcome as it is, though believed to be necessary to cover this stuff up. |

That article (and several other officially published ones just like it) are NOT referring to the same planet x that this thread is referring to.
The article from the 80's refers to an as yet unknown and undiscovered perturbance of the solar system planets. Because there was no official explanation, they coined the term planet x as a possible tenth planet of the solar system and the most logical explanation for the unseen disturbance. The coined term X is simply a common algebraic expression used to identify an unknown variable (recall Microsoft's first gaming machine that was kept under wraps and unofficially referred to as the X box). There is nothing sinister about the article.
The planet x being talked about on this thread is an entirely different subject altogether, it has nothing to do with the article from above or the intersolar perturbances of the 80's. The planet x of this thread is a mythological planet commonly referred to as Nibiru, etc. It is not based on science or facts.
Please do not get the two mixed up and confused.
It absolutely refers to the same planet X! This has been rehashed over and over. The assumed locations and the peturbations correlate exactly to what we've seen and to the information gathered and disseminated by Nancy. It is one of the taboo topics that the deniers avoid.
MJ, I must say that for someone with an open mind you have not considered the fact that what you propose and what Nancy has been saying for years are not mutually exclusive. You write about what you understand and she writes about what she understands. Have you noticed that she has not made a single attempt to discredit your theories or speculate about what you have been saying?
What you have been telling us is something that is occuring outside of the planet X equation.
You brought up a valid point. You brought some excellent pictures in a very excellent post. What we are witnessing here, (including the phenomenon that you speak of) are two events captured at the same time.
Not one denier or sceptic has offered a legitemate explanation to the appearance of the physical object shown on the preceeding images. Not one denier or sceptic has offered a legitemate or intelligent repost to your theory, which by the way, I am familiar with and believe.
Both are occuring. And occuring right now.
One needs to be prepared for. Nancy has offered information, advice, and in doing so, hope as well.
The other is something that we can do nothing about, but is to be looked forward to with great joy. It will be a wonderous event when it's effects have taken place here.
So let us consider both events seriously and in the proper light so to speak.
I am grateful for your posting this thread and for all of the valid input from everyone who has been participating in earnest. |
