* 1/2 cup plain organic yogurt
* 1/3 cup organic buttermilk
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
* 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
* 1 teaspoon celery seeds
* sea salt, to taste
* ground pepper, to taste

Very easy, very tasty.

HA!HA!HA! That is what has been paasing as 'food' for years now! Preservatives and chemicals to extend shelf life with a few token 'natural' ingredients. I used to eat alot of frozen dinners (Healthy choice, Marie Calendars) but my cats won't even eat these anymore cause of the damn chemicals. You really are what you eat and yet you wonder why you are overweight, always tired/constipated and get lingering illnesses. Yes it tastes good but you CAN make it without all the chemmies as the poster listed recipe shows. You may as well learn to prepare foods now because when TSHTF you won't be able to run out for those frozen/boxed/canned dinners and scarcity will force all to grow as much as they can on their own (until personal gardens are outlawed-and this WILL happen).

I only like the Hidden Valley Ranch (they invented it), and the kind in the package. Lots of the store bought has tons of sugar, and soybean oil and soy products, but not the natural kind.

With the package, you use a tub of fresh sour cream and it's mainly a veggie dip, it's great with carrots and cucumbers.
