The USA was founded on the separation of church and state for very good reason...to avoid the religious oppression that was felt overseas. Religion was intended to be a private practice. im a christian and i have read many of these posts only to be shocked at some remarks made by other so called christians. how ever there have been some posts that agree with.
anti-christ means a person, office, or group recognized as fulfilling the Biblical prophecies about one who will oppose Christ and substitute himself in Christ's place. the term itself appears 5 times in 1 John and 2 John of the New Testament — once in plural form and four times in the singular - and is popularly associated with the belief of a competing and assumed evil entity opposed to Jesus of Nazareth. there are many reasons why one might believe that barck obama is in fact the antichrist, but what does that matter if he is. the prophecies will be fulfilled regurdless of who it is. if barack obama is the anti christ, it would be impossible for anyone to prove it to be true or false, otherwise that would contradict the fact that he will come desguised as a man of peace, this could be why many people laugh at the thought of obama being the anti-christ. no one will know for sure who the anti-christ is until he is already "elected".concerning fellow christians, the coming of the anti-christ means two things for you.
1. your lord and saviour will be coming soon. this should only make you want to be as christ like as possible. what will you be doing when chist returns?
2. you need to do your job as a christian, reach out to as many lost souls as you can. dont be worried about whats in the media, its just a modern form of gossip, which is an addictly sinful thing.
the sad thing is that some christians give the rest of the world the wrong idea about christianity by there sinful actions. how can a nonbeleiver be born again and recieve new faith if they see christians performing sinful actions? what good is it to claim to be a born again christian but continue to act like the same person you were before?
i know one thing for sure, this horrible world sure is in need of an apocolyptic event. maybe that will hepl some people see the light. |

Secret? Are you completely numb? Actually everthing is conveniently available. You should do a simple search and stop repeating what others want you to repeat.
Obama has written 2 books and several others have been written about him. There have been researched articles in Newsweek, Time, and other well known publications. Visit www.factcheck.org for the truth on ads and policies (it's bipartisan). Visit Barack Obama's website for clear policy explanations. Or just Google his name (it doens't hurt, I swear).
I know that conservatives don't believe in funding education but it would help you to seek it. I know, I know... it's so much easier just to repeat what you've heard. Try it though, it's so uplifting.
The republicans depend on ignorance. That's why 85% of people with a Master's degree or higher support the democratic party. You can search for that too. |

haha, thats a good guess but theres a few misconceptions. i dont think im better than any one else, more likely to be considered worse than most ppl, but i sure as hell am proud to say that i already got my ticket to be with god in the fluffy clouds happily ever after. and god doesnt come fly down to destroy everything, he just comes down to bring back with him "His people". then he leaves the earth for satan to try to take over, satan will be the one to destroy everything. of course the people remaining on earth still have the chance to except the lord, hopefully it would be easier to do so after what happens on earth when christ returns.
your writing implies that you know that a god exists but you seem to not care. if you have any questions, since you are clearly misundestanding some concepts, i would be more than happy to answer them for you. |

Every one is entiteled to their own opinion. i also am proud of who i am. im not trying to push my beliefs on anyone and im certainly not trying to mislead anyone. however, contrary to what you believe, i do know what is going to happen. if you dont agree with me, im fine with that.
to believe nothing is easy, requiring no effort or faith. when you believe nothing, you only have a conscience for earthly authority, no other rules to abide. out of curiousity tho, do you ever feel that something is missing.
to believe in the lord is not so easy. you have ridicule to face. haha and many more rules or commandments to go by.
no one can proove that god exists other wise everyone would know the truth, so my beliefs are only through faith. |

a certain group of Evangelical Christians make me sad. They give Christianity a bad rep. more than half of the country thinks Conservative evangelicals are bigots, racists, and intolerant. 3/4 of the world hates our guts.

to believe nothing is easy, requiring no effort or faith. when you believe nothing, you only have a conscience for earthly authority, no other rules to abide by.
to believe in the lord is not so easy. you have ridicule to face. haha and many more rules or commandments to go by.
no one can proove that god exists other wise everyone would know the truth (i wish that was the case), so my beliefs are only through faith. but having faith in the lord only reassures what i beleive in. every day god reminds me of his existence in so many ways. every day god works miracles in my life. |

Who knows if Obama is the anti-Christ or not but I'm sure scared of him. As for hailing from Chicago, even in Bible references were made to Christ as being a Nazarene (where he lived) versus citing Bethlehem (where he was born).
As for Muslim, read up on Obama's links to Muslim African leaders. No one really know the heart of another but he could easily be a secret Muslim as could I or anybody who chose to further a cause. |

you people need to stop pointing fingers. Through history many people's lives have been ruined due to ignorance. i read this post because last Friday I worked late with a couple other guys. Nobody was really here other than us, so while we were waiting on the field techs to arrive, we started talking about how screwed up the political / economic scene was, and commenced in on general politician bashing. But something kind of weirded me out, but only this morning did I think to follow up with a (very) little research. One guy said his wife said B.O. seemed like the antichrist. As soon as he said that, the other dude said "my wife said that too!"
Now, I know I live in the land of Chrispies, but this is the kind of Bible thumping, Nostradamus, Mayan calendar, Ted Kaczynski stuff thats really starting to freak me the f*#@K OUT! |

if he is the anti christ you and you vote against you are working against G-d. you are delaying the return of jesus and the saving of the world
