Thank you for commenting on my statement. I have done some more research, and would like to say, Obama MIGHT actually be the antichrist. I always thought the Bible indicated he would come out of Europe, but I suppose you could look at the USA as an extension of Europe in that it was founded largely by peoples leaving and fleeing from Europe, at least in its initial years. Hmm. Anyway, I read something that make me really wonder yesterday...
Did you read Biden's comments at that Seattle fundraiser? Google it and read the transcript (suntimes.com has it). Wow, very unsettling/shocking indeed. He basically stated that he KNOWS a terrible calamity is going to befall the USA in the several months after Obama takes office, and then begged the crowd to still support Obama at that time EVEN THOUGH the action Obama takes in response will seem wrong, or very unpopular. Well, remember that the anti-christ is going to broker a 7 year peace deal with Israel, most likely after it has been attacked by a Russian-Iranian coalition that will fail but that will leave Israel in dire need of the last remaining superpower's protection. Uh-hem! Yes the USA is still the last remaining superpower that Israel would turn to...we are heading to a quick demise but are not there YET. The reason this makes me think of Obama is, his liberal supporters would really question why in the world he would support Israel with this treaty. Recall what Jesse Jackson said the other day, that when Obama become president, the historical support the USA has had for Israel will end. So is this the unpopular move in the eyes of his supporters Obama will make, that Biden was begging them to forgive him for the other night during his speech? It makes a person wonder. |

A couple things that were wrong in the first post that I'm not sure have been corrected. Barak is a Hebrew word meaning lightning not baruch. His last name is hebrew as well. The O takes the place of the Hebrew letter vav which links ideas together and bama means "the Heights" or the "Heights of Heaven". So Barak Obama in Hebrew really means Lightning from Heaven. If you want to look at Biblical prophecy and try to figure it all out at least get what his name means right. |

I agree with this 100%. As a matter of fact, i've been telling my friends/family all along that I was sure Obama was the antichrist. Not until today, when my boss and I discussed it at work and he said the exact same thing, did i realize that other people thought this too! I rushed home and was SHOCKED to find so many google searches about this topic. I thought it was my own crazy feeling.
The sad thing is, if he IS the antichrist, there is nothing we can do to stop him. If he is, I would have true faith that all time is pre-determined, and we cannot change the fate of the world. If he's the antichrist, he WILL get elected, and we WILL witness the end of the world.
Look around at apocalyptic prophecy, religious, scientific, spiritual, etc. We are already showing so many of the signs. it only makes sense that the antichrist would come now.
The world will end in 2012, and there's nothing we can do about it. I applaud all of the people who work to enlighten themselves... learning the most we can about life and spirituality is the only thing left to do, and the only purpose of life in general. Quoting: Anti Obama 421029

if he really is the antichrist then it doesn't matter what we do even if no one votes for him he will still find a way to the top. Nothing we do will stop him. The antichrist will come as is proclaimed by the bible and he will cause havoc, distress, and ruin as is predicted. the bible does not lie and it will happen. it MUST happen for Jesus Christ to come to Earth once more and save all who deserves it. All we can do is get ready, pray, and believe in Him.
It is said in the bible that the antichrist will create a seven year peace accord with Israel and Palestine and he'll break this accord himself after 42 months (book of Daniel) or 3 1/2 years( book of Revelations) in the worst possible way. This will create a third of the world to burn and fish of the sea to die. If Barack Obama really is the Antichrist and is elected USA's next president in 2009 then in June 2013 which is exactly 3.5 years/42 months later, he will cause havoc, distress, and ruin.
