thnx out of curiosity, can it make hair grow ? thats the reaction i am experiencing right now. Is that a bad thing ?
it is normal...
peroxide has a bleaching effect. when i was younger i used facial cleaning pads that had peroxide in them. if i usesd them too much my skin would dry out (causing whitening) and itch. Also if you get it on your hair and you have darker hair it will bleach your hair.
