Guy who invented Lethal Injections says bring back The Guillotine
Quote

I was watching CNN about a half hour ago and they were doing a story on Lethal Injections and how horrible it is if things go wrong. The executioners don't have the medical training to stick a needle in an arm, the chemicals not working right, ect ect.

Anyway they had a clip of Dr. Jay Chapman, the guy who invented the type of Lethal Injection used today and to end the interview he said "if you want simple bring back the guillotine. It's quick and pretty painless".

That reminded me of a thread that was posted here a while back about how lethal injections would be ruled unconstitutional and the guillotine would be brought back as a quick humaine and painless method of execution.

There was also a thread about all those FEMA camps and how they supposedly have Guillotines stockpiled.

Well with the supreme court taking arguments on lethal injection I thought the comment about the guillotine was quite interesting.

Hello people !!!!!!!!! Anyboy home

Guillotine is very effective at preserving organs for organ transplants.

Every "criminal" executed this way can be harvested making a killing of profit for the system.

They'll have trap doors so the head and the body drops into a bath of sterile ice water and be transported out of the execution tank to be delivered to the medical hacks to disect and transplant the organs.

No other form of execution today will allow for organ recovery like this.

Just wait till the popes "death penalty" for being disobedient to the catholic church kicks in. You will be labled a criminal and "off with your head".

I thought the reptilians WANT us to suffer at death because they enjoy the adrenaline.

Of course, sticking your head in a guillotine can be pretty darn scary.

Just slip a knockout drug in their dinner one night , then lop off their heads while they're asleep . They'll never know what happened . No fear , no pain .

Re: Guy who invented Lethal Injections says bring back The GuillotineQuote

point being that if you have the ability of putting a dog/animal down with one simple painless injection, why not step up the same process for humans?

one need not go to guillotine to speed death but do make sure the one putting the needle in a vein is qualified to do such and make sure that the medication used is as least the same quality in which animals are put to sleep.

any lack of oxygen to body organs make them useless and i don't think an ice bath beneath would preserve the organs well enough for re-use. (show me studies that prove it would work)

anyway, when people spend so much on the death penalty you might as well be paying for good service.

Use it First, to shave Dr. Jay himself with. See Dr. Jay lose 50 lbs. of ugly fat and gristle instantly ! I'll sit at the foot of the platform knitting, while I watch. They could even use the procedings for a new reality TV show called; ' Bowling for Deadheads ' ! When they get around to Bobby Lee, a.k.a. PacMan's Fudge, they will need a double wide blade, as his head is so puffed and swollen with hubristic arrogance !

it does look funny doesn't it? it's correct though.

as long as they're advised to tense the neck muscles first, i'd go along with a guillotine as it's quick. a bit messy though and what will they do if the body twitches too much and bloodies the whole area?

Since no one comes back from the guillotine....we can't know how painful it really is.

Fact of the matter is.....it takes about 4 min for the brain to completely die without oxygen. Maybe the pain from the blade causes the brain to shut down...but i wouldn't count on it.

I bet they won't be doing any studies on EEG brian waves on guillotine victems. My bet is that the amount of brain activity (i.e. sense of pain) is enormous. Just think about all the nerves of the neck being severed at once. Don't you think they would fire uncontrollably causing a huge increase in brain sensation of pain as the whole body was being brutalized ?

I'd opt for C4 wrapped around the head and detonated at 26000 FPS....obliterate all the brain matter in a microsecond. Sounds less painfull way to go for sure

Fact of the matter is.....the containers could be filled with oxygen or the head could even be hooked up rather quick to a ready made cart with artificial lungs and a blood pumping apperatus. They could do the same with the body.

It is feasible they could keep both parts alive (and in horrible pain) till they are ready for the transplant. Think COMA but much worse.

Maybe if they do this....the organs will remember the horror and anyone getting such an organ will later regret that they received one from such a tortured body. But these monsters don't think about such things.

Going back to the Brain staying alive for so long comment, would this apply to those who leap to their death? Is there any kind of death that would NOT allow the brain to stay alive for those few minutes?

Re: Guy who invented Lethal Injections says bring back The GuillotineQuote

OP you miss the point.

The main question here isn't whether the drugs are administered correctly, rather it's whether executions are required to allow observers from the public to gaurantee they are carried out humanely.

With the current drug combination, the execution might as well be carried out without any observers at all.

Panocurium bromide so paralyzes the person being executed that there is no way for observers to tell how much pain is being suffered. There is no other reason for that drug to be present. It doesn't act to kill the person, it doesn't ease pain. Check it out, that's a fact.

Panocurium bromide does not kill the excutee. It does not relieve pain.

It is ONLY used to guarantee that if the executee suffers pain there is no way to know.

That is the problem. The supreme court should rule that for an execution to be conducted in such a way that no observer from the public is able to determine if the executee is suffering great pain is unconstitutional, because it violates the prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment. The very act of executing a person without the allowance for effective public observance is cruel.
