Yes. The dog is much worse than the cat, however. He has also started hiding food EVERYWHERE out of the blue. WTH?

Yes, my cat has been extremely clingy the last 3 weeks or so. Normally she is not a lap cat. If I throw her off to take a piss I come back with her sitting in my chair. Lol, I lover her but what a magnet lately.

Yes. My cat has to be near me at all times.

Yes, this little dog is driving me crazy (short drive). I don't know what her problem is but if I am out of her sight for 2 seconds she starts whining and crying like a little baby!

Yes, both my cats. One of them has never liked to lay in my lap, now every time I sit down, here he comes and it is strange. And my other one has always been a lap kitty, but now it is like they are both vying for my attention constantly. It started back in October. I asked them if I was going to die or something. LOL. But, my brother did in November.

Yes. I am thinking its a few things, the slight wobble of the planet with one quake after another. The cat and I have both perked up sensing some movements.

I also think its the frequency noise many people are experiencing. The annoying high pitch sound, the animals perhaps are hearing it to.

The cat wants to sit next to me in the chair... a first. She does have her own chair next to me, but she'll meow until I pick her up and sit her next to me.

Yep, my cat and dog both want in my lap. Shoot, even the chickens have been standing at my back door. (Right by the den and patio.) I am almost afraid to feed the horse! The horse did break the latch on his gate to the yard, first time ever for that. They all want to be right by my side. I have noticed this for several weeks.

Yes re my cat. She was very upset Thursday and brought me to the window. It was snowing which she has never reacted to before. She cried at the window for an hour but wouldn't go onto the sill or near the door. She seems ok now.

Midwest here. Dog used to love to go outside. Now looks hesitantly out the door before going out and then can't wait to come back in. He was never like this. Started about 3 weeks ago. Now he has to be under my feet constantly. And now sleeps under the covers with me in bed which he used to hate. Something is up. Strange vibes everywhere. Great thread.

some animals start to do that near the end of their life my dog hung out motly by me then he would spend time with my husband...or if they miss you or if they sense a problem or bad weather is coming...my cat is 14 and is a little more clingy lately...could be because of the dog...my dog twice freaked out and tried to go into my bedroom closet before a storm she used to just go into the master bathroom...
