Whatever they were suffering from, it certainly didn't look like a fungal infection.

It looked a textbook example of gangrene (death of soft tissue, usually due to the lack of oxygen/blood supply), but it was localized on patients' faces, when one would expect to see such damage in the extremities (toes, fingers) first.

Didn't some doctor mention that one of the "side effects" of these "vaccines" is blood clotting in micro capillaries?

Such clotting would definitely result in localized gangrene... pretty much at random spots over (and inside) the body.

These "vaccines" don't have to cause either a stroke or a heart attack to kill you. They can just as easily cause gangrene of any internal organ... and that wouldn't even show from the outside.

An internal organ affected in such a way would simply fail... suddenly, and "for no reason".

A women in her early 40s with whom I've been acquainted for a few years recently died of a fungal infection, which caused liver failure and cardiac arrest.

She lived in Arkansas.

It was a big shock, as I was unaware of any existing health issues, but she did have some underlying conditions, it seems.
