As a European I am always amazed by the US. Funny place for a Christian country. Judge the tree by its fruits, the Man said.
I am not sure I like the US variant of Christianity. I think this Obama guy is in deep trouble: most likely a wacko red neck will use him for target practise, similar to what happened to King and the Kennedy boys.

With only 15% of the Americans having a passport, the number of US travelers has risen sharply in the past 5 years. I believe Iraq and Afghanistan are popular destinations. Most of these travelers will return and share their experiences with fellow Americans (excluding the 2.26 mln Americans in prison, ofourse, as of Dec. 2006. The United States has the highest documented per capita rate of incarceration of any country in the world). The strong Euro will unfortunately limit the number of Americans that are travelling to Europe. It is such a nice experience for Americans not to show your credit card first when needing medical treatment. Especially when visiting a notarious agnostic country like Denmark.

A more peacefull solution for the Obama challenge to the WASP old boys is possible ofcourse: sabotage the ballot machines in all states with a high concentration of African Americans. Why limit yourself to Florida?

If Obama is the antichrist, the good news is that resurrection is around the corner. Can't wait to meet miss Monroe or have a jam session with Jimmy.
