Lyrica, for those who suffer with tinnitus and/or hyperacusis, can make the condition worse. I know, I've had T and H since the military (artillery and pneumatic tools) for which the fed. govt. gives me a whopping $127 per month. Still, on a bad pain day, I take Lyrica, but not everyday as when I first started. The nerve pain is incredible in the morning.

I do, however, use ACV on toenail fungus and am finding it to be very helpful.

I'm using a half teaspoon of baking soda completely disolved in a glass of water for neuropathy in my legs. Couple times a week. You have to take extra vitamin C though because the baking soda depletes it. My legs are a heck of a lot less tired now.

I should also mention the great relaxer. Magnesium. Better than pain killers. Safer too.

Just don't go with the Sportster. They have a tendency to rattle apart. So will you.

Sounds like fluoride poison. Boron is your friend.

I do not have any proof, but I have been convinced for years fibromyalgia is caused by nano-technology.

If true, it would be difficult to believe anything you can drink is going to help.

One has to love the adbice given by the 'docs' here. I have fibro too and I know how debilitating it can be. And yes, the weekly grocery trip is one of the worst. That is the only thing that gets done that day and I make sure someone else is honme to unload it. Lyrica does help...it stops the shooting pains and the bone pain. However, it doesn't stop all of it and you still have to pace yourself. I am able to walk farther now though with it than I was before the Lyrica. I have also put on about 10 pounds with it. I guess we have to take the good with the bad.

This is actually an issue of improper gut flora. This can cause many things, including fibro, allergies, asthma, autism, ADHD, substance abuse, OCD, schizophrenia, high cholesterol, cardiac disease, excema, and more, depending on what the organism is. They give off toxins which cause these side effects.

If you do decide to try Lyrica, please be aware of the side effects. My sister died because of drug she took for fybromyalgia at age 40. Whatever it was she took caused hardening of the lungs and she was on oxygen at the end. I don't remember if it was Lyrica or not, but I truly advise everyone to be aware of side effects of drugs before they take them. There is always a cost.

i don't have fibromyalgia but sometimes i wake up with very sore stiff muscles (which is caused by sleeping with my window open and a fan blowing on my naked body while i sleep... so awesome but so stupid)

anywho. i was taking ACV for other reasons and i noticed that when i woke up i didn't ache one bit! it seems to somehow get rid of joint pain. for me anyways.

Have u tried an ACV Supposotary? You don't taste a thing!!! Doesn't work tho if they actually exist...Unless you manage to put your digestive system into reverse then it might just. Don't fancy my mouth turning into my ass tho!!! Darn those tastebuds.

The meds are very bad for me, being human and all!
It says Lyrica above somewheres. No, no, please consider your health research it first. I wish to make a video for this, but pains in all extremities limits, and cause many typos. Bad people focus on the typos and not the content of the message. Some typos are intentional, but being human I make mistakes.

OP, how much exercise do you get?
Did you have a regular exercise schedule BEFORE
onset of symptoms?

Also, as has been suggested the vitamin deficiencies
are serious issues, esp. D.
