All the first column numbers are added to get the next numbers. like 16+16=32 and so on.
The other numbers might be how many times you have to and each number to get the other column of numbers, if you put them sideways. I'm to lazy to see if I'm correct.

I noticed this some time last year. it's related to binary, obviously most of you would notice that. i also tested put other numbers, it would seem that the only time you can get such a pattern it with 2, or binary. most of them have some repitition, but usually they break it or it's only two numbers after a few random numbers that don't repeat again. I've tried this pattern up to 100 different multiples, it never changes.

i was doing this same thing today on some paper and did a search for 124875 pattern which led me here...i found some links too that might be of interest:

Thats far out. Ive been playing around with the fibbonacci sequence too.

If you just start from 1 (1, 1, 2, 3, 5 etc...) and reduce to single digits, it will start repeating itself after the twenty-fourth value.

Then, if you wrap those twenty-four numbers evenly around a circle you can find all sorts of neat things:

connecting the values 1 2 4 8 7 5 with lines, you make two perfect overlapping hexagons (or star of david/seal of solomon).
