so who is gonna do the recount? how are they gonna do it? i'm assuming as their is not auditing of who voted, it will come out the same as the original count (at least by the machines)

I like the idea of a recount, but not sure it will help the cause of those who believe there was fraud - as the people running the election have all the power and information about the machines.
