You need to pinpoint the food that is giving you the most gas and consider that you might have an intolerance for it. You could do this by the process of elimination. It might also be related to food combinations... |

Especially cabbage and cucumbers. Diets high in fiber cause gas. From what I understand, changing to a healthy diet after eating bad will cause gas for a while until your body gets use to it. Until then, just take some Gas-X. |
