Because I think she was a seductress, and she attempted to use marijuana to make me weak to get me to violate my baptismal covenants.
Even on the weed I told her that I paid a pretty severe penalty for sexual transgression before I was baptized, and that Christ rescued me from that penalty, and that I didn't want to violate the Atonement. I didn't think I would ever be happy again.
After I dumped her, after realizing she was a seductress. She calls me from her new boyfriends house. He was the exact opposite of me. Rather than tell her about his respect for the Atonement, he was trying to hard to get in her pants that, he was one step away from being a rapist.
And that she was afraid of him. I told her I would help buy her a ticket for a bus, but I was low on funds.
So, his parents helped her get a ticket. Then she calls me the next day and tells me that her would be seducer is dead.
She said, "He's dead!"
I'm like, "So? I think you to pick and choose who you feel sorry for."
Kind of off topic for marijuana, but personally I think associating with anyone who does marijuana as a Christian is dangerous, when it is used by seducers and seductresses to get Christians to violate their sexual standards dictated by their baptismal covenants. Quoting: King Neptune

GOD.. PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR I HAVE WRONGED. I paid for female companionship over the period of years while being a pastor of a large congregation (and collecting hundreds of millions in the name of God). Meeting in a motel room 4 times a week, as I preached the gospel (put my dick in her ass) to her for hours on end. I'm sorry Lord, I have faltered. I did it because Lucifer TOLD ME TO. You should have at least got a hummer off of this "seductress".
I did. In the heat of the moment under in a 3 day marijuana haze.
Thats why I think he is dead. I think God was trying to remind me of my covenants.
I think He was lenient given the amount of concern I had against violating my covenants which I warned her about in advance.
She paid no attention to me, which is why I dumped her. She did not realize that she was a seductress. She just assumed her sexual behavior was not a problem. And maybe its not before you are baptized.
She was under a different set of rules than me. I think that God was trying to remind me of the fact that I am now required to live by a different set of rules.
Its a shame someone had to die for my carelessness.

I have tried to ponder the meaning of that one. I don't know.
I thought maybe this guy was by trying to destroy my last gf spiritually and sexually that maybe he wasn't as important to God. He sounded pretty low rent. Maybe it was better that someone who given the chance 2000 years ago would probably spit in Christ's face should die, in the hopes that God might save me.
Maybe I value Christ more than that guy and that death saved not just me. But also my gf. I am sure she has never had anyone die on her like that.
It all happened very fast. We nearly came close to violating my covenants. A week later she rekindled a flame with this guy, who unlike me was trying to simply get in her pants, he was definitely not in it for the relationship.
She called me up saying, "He's changed since I knew him last, he scares me. I had to push him off of me"
He was direct contrast to me. I told her that I paid a heavy price for spiritual transgression in the past, it cost me my job as a rescue swimmer in the Coast Guard, and many hard years. Christ rescued me from that, and that I didn't want to violate that (the Atonement). She seemed to agree, and then forget everything I told her.
I told her I would help but that I couldn't afford to buy a bus ticket to get her home. I was concerned given that I felt he was one step away from being a rapist. Oddly enough, his parents bought the ticket. She was on the bus ride home. The second day into the bus ride, she calls me and says, "He's dead!!"
It didn't suprise me very much. I have seen other people die for violating sexual covenants. Like the guy in Utah, who was sleeping with a non-divorced military spouse in the process of separation. I had associated with this chick, BRIEFLY. An Air Force bud of mine introduced me to her. She gave me a bad feeling. Drinking to much for a chick that was separated, too many guy friends for someone who was not completely divorced and finalized with her last husband. I distanced myself from her. I got the adultress, seductress vibes from my intuition. A year later this guy shoots himself. See, my bud thought I was just being self-righteous too, like you.
I thought I was just following my gut instinct. This was a bad situation in the making. Plus another Air Force bud at a party one night encouraged me not to sit by her when I was totatlly drunk and so was she. He offered to help me off the couch. That was my signal to me that she was not single, she was either married or in the process of separation. But he never said that. But it was the feeling I got by him helping me off the couch away from her.
Now this other guys death I feel had nothing to do with me. I feel he must have succumbed to her seductions and that he was miserable, spiritually destroyed and was unable to endure the spiritual consequences, so he went to her house and shot himself.
My first bud, got shipped to Iraq. I feel that him getting shipped off was an inspired event by God to keep him, if all but innocently, from introducing people who value the Atonement to seductresses. I simply think he didn't know what he was doing was wrong. He wasn't spiritually inclined at all, towards Christ. Otherwise I think he would have been able to see the situation the way that I did.
He was very pissed off about getting shipped off. As I am sure the other guy who was definitely not spiritually inclined is pissed off about being dead. But then again, from the way my ex talked he was nearly forcing her into sex. But she resisted. So, I don't feel sorry for him at all.
Any more than I do assholes like you who presume to know me, the situation. Maybe it didn't have anything to do with me. Maybe God was just pissed that he nearly forced her. Maybe he was able to grant her faith by killing this guy. I'm sure it spooked her. Maybe it spooked her into being more spiritual. She definitely wasn't that spiritual when I was there with her.
Maybe it was just about him. And maybe it was also about her.
And if I can come away from that experience with a warning that reminds me to be more careful about the Atonement, whether or not it truly had anything to do with me....
...Then why the fuck do you care? Seeing how you don't see the situation exactly the way that I did, doesn't make me an egoist seeing I am able to admit that maybe it doesn't have anything to do with me, even though I could possibly interpret it as a warning.
Maybe if you are in the military, and you are happy and cozy with your gf, and you are not spiritually inclined. Maybe you will wonder if the Spirit has the power to go thru your chain of command and influence the decisions of your superiors so that you wind up getting shipped of to a war zone.
Or maybe you will wonder if the Spirit has the power to give someone a deadly epileptic seizure, even if you are not an epileptic, like my ex-gf's last boyfriend. And maybe he wasn't very confident when he went thru to the other side and had to confront the guy in the middle of the great white light.
Maybe he was forgiven, maybe he wasn't.
All I know is that people wind up shooting themselves when they mess with women who are not completely divorced, people who are not epileptic wind up having deadly seizures, or they wind up getting shipped off to Iraq, when they don't have a lot of respect for the Atonement.
If they don't have any respect for the Atonement, why should I expect some arrogant, presumptous ass like yourself would have any respect for the Atonement.
But you know Im not so miserable I put a gun to my head an pull the trigger like the guy who messed with a military spouse in separation, I'm not the one dropping dead 2 days after trying to force my ex into sex, like her last boyfriend, and I'm not the one getting shipped off to Iraq.
So, I will probably just laugh at your ass, when you wind up not respecting Christ, get punished, while at the same time you point the finger at me calling me self-righteous simply because I respect God's Son, and His Atonement.
