Has anyone heard voices or sounds while utilizing a white noise (like a fan) to sleep?

Ive been hearing these voices for years emitting from my a/c mostly, but other appliances on occasion as well. Recently i noticed them resonating from drain pipes too. At first i thought i was just having an over imaginative mind, but we moved into a brand new apartment 4 or 5 years ago and the a/c was not shy at all. several people would tell me "your a/c just said my name"....and one time i was home alone, and i heard it say a word outloud, and then my phone rang not 5 seconds later and it was a guy selling that exact item......well, i got a digital recorder and some audio editing software....and HOLY SHIT....i not only could get clear sentences playing it forward, but in reverse it seemed to be a different message, clear and very persise. my girlfriend is freaked out about it. i also see hazey or foggy ,or sometimes quick flashes of light around the time i hear them. thats all i care to divulge at this time...i just felt better knowing i wasnt alone, and felt i should share a lil too.

Dude this is a great post. I keep the furnace fan on to drown out the low ring in my ears and turn the ceiling fan on at night to keep cool. On many occasion at night while trying to fall asleep I can hear music that sounds like Scottish or Irish. And guys singing to it like it's coming from a drinking pub. It actually put a grin on my face and got my foot tapping to the music. I can picture being in a pub full of happy people drinking beer and everyone singing. It is seriously awesome. And I never once thought I was crazy. We are all connected in this wacky realm.

I was not a praying woman at the time. In my previous home I use to get up to see if one of the kids snuck in the living room to watch t.v. in the middle of the night. nope. everyone was in bed and the t.v. was not on. I use to be woken up by these voices at least once a week. i use to also hear them while tying to fall asleep. at this time there was NOT any white noise. furthermore, this will freak you out, my sliding glass door had distorted faces made out of the smudges, smeared on the glass! i wish i would have taken a picture. one day i was lying on the couch and saw the faces in the smudges, the facial expression were in torment, and i immediately retrieved some glass cleaner and a paper towel, and erased them by cleaning the window.

in my newest home,now a praying woman, recently, over the last couple months, i have been using a fan, and forgotten about the previous incident 2 years and 2 house prior. now, only when the fan is on and white noise occurs, I DO hear the voices, again. sometimes i get up to check the answering machine to see if someone left a message, because i turn the ringer off when going to bed or take a nap. there are never any messages.

i NOW tell them to "GO INTO THE LIGHT". then they stop talking. however, other voices do surface, and i tell them also, "go into the light". you may laugh, but Poltergeist made scene to me when i was little and now it works when i tell them. coincidence? maybe not.

there are a lot of movies that are based on true occurrences.

Yes, I have numerous times heard voices/conversations going on and the proverbial radio station search bit. ;)

I often hear an orchestra playing... mostly classical music. Perhaps the person with the radio finally found a station they like.

it is a LOT scarier than what you might think.
it is a control system.

just thought id let you know your not alone isee flashes and sparkles some times i can conversant with some of the sounds from any fan i thought i was crazy for a long time until the others led me in the rigt direction <the truth is being modified but we are still the uniqe ones

I've read this thread in the past and had these experiences as well, but last night I listened to old parlor music and a tv show through my portable AC unit.. After a long night of weirdness!
I had been laying there for 20 mins when it was suddenly very clear.. And I swear the energy in the room changed. It lasted almost 5 mins, then I heard a loud noise( still don't know if it was just in my head) and then it was just the hum of the AC again..
Last night was just a weird night. Full moon?

Famous celebrities.. through the radio. They are the illuminati. This is not a lie. Anyone can hear the voices. All you need is high energy movement with your hands' this will conduct electricity, this is what rappers' singers use to perform. To hear the voices better smoke weed. We are lied to about life . Turn on the radio on any static channel you will hear them talking through. Again this is not a lie, this is a secret held from the public.

I know I looked into this in the past, because I, too, occassionally hear unclear, far off radio stations or music in my fan and sound machine. I read that it has to do with ghosts. The ghosts speak, if you will, through the sound. They also supposedly can be caught on tape, if you play the tape backwards with special editing equipment. I believe the phenomena began with a priest and another musician recording music together...upon playing it back in regular rewind, there was one or two lines of crystal clear communication from his deceased mom. It was a long time ago...maybe the 1920's when this happened. When I do occassionally hear the voices through electronic sound, Im wide awake, not going to sleep or waking from sleep. I just ignore it and it goes awsy, or if I get a bit frightened I shut the electronics. Maybe look up a nook called something like "Every House Has Ghosts" or "Every House Is Haunted". If you Google that, it may lead you to a route to find this research yourself. I stumbled upon it years ago.

personally I think white noise magnifies our psychic abilities. I worked in a food chain and had to make fried chicken. I was stuck under the hooded blower fan which was way strong. When I was working I could read peeps thoughts word for word. When I was off work it was not as pronounced thankfully.

I have experienced this multiple times in the last year... My wife thinks im going insane, i sometimes wondered if am also...

I have to dogs who snore loud as hell and steady throughout the night ... Well oddly enough when they snore i can swear i hear 2 people talking to eachother... Its faint and muffled but i swear its not the dogs... I try to focus and make out the words but don't have any success.
I know most of you probably think im nuts but its cool
