Yes, it was nearly lost but when some historians tried to dig up the grave in Bosham church my mother told me I should go get it and study carefully. It is incredible how much work went into this thing. It has over 4,000 names in and even says what many of them did for a living. One of my ancestors even married Henry the 8th in a proxy marriage.
