A Crease or Wrinkle in Your Ear Lobe Means You Have Heart Disease

I think it is more a predictive sign than anything.
Otherwise, my 15 year old is going to be dead of a heart attack pretty soon. He has deep ones in both ears, and is skinny and healthy as a stick.

yeah, I used to be too. It looks like I MAY have an Arrythmia of my heart now. I'm 42. Getting a heart scan next Wednesday. Having very weird heart rhythms, and every now and then, my heart goes like a machine gun, well over 200 BPM.

I have heard this in the past. Just developed high cholesterol and beginning to get creases in my ear lobes. I think it might possibly be the fact that I wear heavy pierced earrings a lot. Interesting though that I developed the two at the same time.

Well, I have pierced ears, so it's hard to tell. Also, a dog of mine bit me on the earlobe 15 years ago and it left a scar which could be called a crease. Otherwise, I'd say I DONT KNOW

The crease is supposed to be on the left ear lobe to indicate a heart problem. I'd heard that many years ago and looked at my left ear. Yup, had a crease. Later on I developed heart problems so there may be something to it. Old wives tales such as this are often on the mark and shouldn't be totally dismissed.

Got both ear creases, And groved nails, just had stress test this morn. and I'm TOO healthy ~ Whatever that means . . went in because I listen to boobs like yous I guess. Felt like I wasted the time someone seriously ill should have had instead!

NOT! I've been to doctors who I told I watched my skin, in one area, over the course of a few months, go from smooth and creamy white to fibrous and brown... and the "doctor" told me the newly fibrous brown skin was "normal"!!!

the actual lobe of the ear, where you would put an earring...I have heard about this since way back in the 80's, ex #2 was an emergency room nurse and knew that there was direct correlation between creases in the earlobe and heart disease...
