dont eat the bloomin' onion or the cheese fries. and ask for your meal to be "light style"...which means it wont be cooked in butter, etc. and skip the bread. I'm a server and I see SO many tables eat literally a entire bread per person....well add in your "diet" coke or your "light" beer.....and yea....you probably wont feel so swell after also stuffing in your dinner!!
