I worked for pfg delivered their food some ob are dirty some very well managed and clean but you all precook your fries half way then refry them when pre fried and cooled in walk in the steam collects on walls and ceiling and collects bacteria and drips down on floor and food turns into slime and workers track and slip all over the place spreading food born illness all over the place not to mention having to squeeze through those flaps to get in walk in and freezer yuc

The salmon seems to be farm raised. Farmed raised contains chemicals that are feed to the fish. A chemical warning lable should be on the menu.

In 1997 I worked there for two weeks after moving back home after college; one week training and one week on the floor. I had just come from a restaurant called Darryl's where I waited for three years. Darryl's had a computer order input system that was very efficient and allowed me to course my diner's experience perfectly.

Not so at Outback.

They were still using the manual tab system like at fucking Mel's Diner! I had to go to the kitchen every single time I needed to input an order... Oh, and could I please run this tray of food?

No. You're messing up my diner's experience. My system was that I would do something for each table (drinks, check on food in kitchen, take order, condiments, issue check), something for the bar, something for back of house, and start over again. Kitchen mgr or expo guy, you're not on my rotation right now, so piss off.

Outback, your food was delicious, but system was a piece of shit.

there's no fat content.
