Although this is interesting, but what do you think would happen if the money was NOT going to the banks for laundering? It would probably go into food, furnishing, clothing, etc. Maybe these people would say, "Hey, I think I want to play the market myself and try to make some money out of my money." I'm sure some of these people would also spend their money in things such as alcohol, cigarettes, the sex industry and gambling. Let's put it this way, the money would generally go back into the LOCAL economy instead of making other people RICHER. Basically, the money is being moved from one city to another. The ones who get affected the most are the poor - blacks, hispanics and yes, whites. We do have poor white people too. Middle class has been affected too because they have more money to spend and these "marketing geniuses" know where to make money.
Now, what will happen to those countries that sells these substances? Well, they're going to get poorer. They're poorer than most of the poor of America and that makes it sad. Instead, they can start farming other things such as food, cotton, linen, etc for the growing population in the world. Other industries can be made that can help them make money too.
Too many solutions, but no one's interested in it. It's all about the money. Can't blame them though. I wouldn't want to be poor- again.

They can afford to keep their neighborhoods looking nice, support their local economy, have their lifestyle and still buy their drugs.
