And if you do, you are a false teacher.

I am not a teacher. I am simply a lowly person, defending off the enemy, praying every day that our Saviour will eliminate the "old man" from my existence so that some day I will be seen as worthy.

Well what you say contradicts the Messiah, therefore it is anti-Christ and should be rejected.

I didn't contradict Scripture. Literal, natural water is not needed for salvation. Instead, it is the what the water symbolizes.

21 and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God.[a] It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ, (1 Pet 3:21)

1 Peter 3:21

King James Version (KJV)

21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

What translation did you use because the King James says otherwise.

And yes you have contradicted the Messiah since he says we need to be baptized with water just like Yeshua was himself by John the Baptist.

"Instead, it is the what the water symbolizes."

What water? You just denied water was needed.

You have not made it clear that if you reject literal water baptism, what did he mean when he said that? What is the alternative to you? The act of water baptism is spiritual cleansing but you cannot be cleaned without the water. I don't understand what you mean saying otherwise.

Titus 3:5, "he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit."

The washing of rebirth can only be that washing of the blood of Christ that cleanses us. It is not the symbol that saves, but the reality. The reality is the blood of Christ."

First of all, I outright reject that false prophets words and you know that. Secondly, that is referring to the spirit yet the Messiah made mention of both water and spirit.

“There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, ver

Oh I see, you used that trash, the new international version. That thing is a joke and it leaves out lots of the bible and puts stuff in it that shouldn't even be there.

You are all arguing, but as I read I see you understand not testaments. Christ's testimony of what was needed to be done before entrance into heaven did not become law as it is today until after He died. When He was alive it had no power, but the Law of Moses was still in effect which is why Christ followed it almost always except at the command of the Father. Saying "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled".

Therefore the man was saved because of the forgiveness of sins that was in Christ's power. This was the main job of the priestly order of Aaron. Therefore the man was saved and allowed into heaven just as the men before him. The man was not subject to the requirements because Christ had yet to fufill the Law and therefore still under the old testament.

Also, let me say this about the man: He testified of Christ before death, he had a fear of God, and he repented of his wrong doing before God saying "Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss".

Futhermore it is written "And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven". Therefore know that the man was purposed for this purpose to be saved by Christ on the cross.

And now the Spirit does bring His children to perfection in Christ since He is given now and not before Christ. For if you did not come from heaven then you cannot ascend to it. Yea, if you do not become as Christ in this life you shall taste death for you shall be as one of the sons of the enemy.

For those of you who believe not that you must meet the requirements, Christ spoke against you in this wise: "he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great".

And again "And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak".

Therefore any man who does not do these things which Christ commanded as He was commanded shall not receive everlasting life and that man or woman shall be likened unto a fool.

Know that any person who does deny these things that Christ has said is not of the kingdom. For a man who says he is of Christ should also walk as Christ walked and Christ most certainly fulfilled all that was required of Him. Let no man have any excuse.
Something cannot come from nothing.

Why? Because I refuted your false teachings which contradict the Messiah on a Salvation issue? Suit yourself. And I called you Jezebel for very good reasons. And you really think the Messiah prompts you to say things which contradict what he formerly said? I highly doubt it. Again, how do you know the malefactor was not already baptized? You don't. You presume to know and presumption in regards to God and his will is a sin.

I say again,

Curious. What, say you, is the divine purpose of the Malefactor story? Why is it included in Luke? And, since the thief in the story had lived a life sinning, let's just supposed he was baptized with water....would he go to Heaven only because he was baptized with water?

And, what about children who are stillborn? Are they not included in the blessing because they were never baptized with water?

I am not 100% that I believe the book of Luke to be inspired. It's strange is it not that none of the other books mention it, the books written by the inspired Apostles. Luke being Saul the false prophet's right hand man does not fill me with confidence. No, I don't accept he would go to Heaven since he was not born-again of the Spirit and may not have been baptized with water. I am pretty wary of the book of Luke. Haven't made my mind up but am swinging to it being a forgery. Did he repent of his sins? We don't know but the bible makes no mention of it.

About still-born babies, I have no clue.

Re: I HAD SOME KIND OF PROPHETIC DREAM ABOUT THE TWO WITNESSES!!? I WAS TOLD TO COME HERE AND POST, PLEASE READ!

Ireland,

As someone who reads this thread, please explain why you have not answered PJ's post to you a few days back.

"Good try, you worm of Satan.

I will ask you about the malefactor on the cross about whom we read in Luke 23:39, who repented and but was not baptized. Did he go to the Paradise or to hell because he lacked baptism by water?

If he went to the Paradise without water baptism, which Jesus said he would, why should it not be possible also for other believers to go to the Paradise without water baptism?

Have you got any good answer to that? Does God divide people into those who are baptized with water and those who are not, the latter group going to hell?

Greetings from
PehJeshuah"

I look forward to your response.

Well because when I refute one bullshit post of his, he will just go onto another and I don't like going around in circles with him. It is a futile effort. He likes to because he is an egocentric git who gets off on trying to show how knowledgeable he is on scripture which is quite funny considering his ignorance on biblical matters. And in regards to the luke scripture, how do we know he was not already baptized before he was put up on that crucifix. We don't. Also, the book of Luke was not written by an inspired Apostle and I believe that story is not mentioned in the Apostolic gospels so I would be wary of it. Also, it still does not take away from my earlier point from John from the Messiah saying unless you are baptized with water, you will not enter into the Kingdom of God.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 41811028

"And in regards to the luke scripture, how do we know he was not already baptized before he was put up on that crucifix."

Because I have Faith that everything that was written in Holy Scripture is for a very specific purpose.....inclusions and exclusions. I believe if natural (literal) water baptism is necessary for salvation, then Christ would have said "you must be baptized first" or God would have inspired Luke to write that this man had received natural water baptism earlier in his Life. Instead, Jesus said:

"Jesus answered him, "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise." (Luke 23:43)

Just my two cents.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 2783420

Well in all fairness, that is just your own opinion and does not refute my earlier points. And Christ did say we must be baptized with water. Does it matter if we are baptized with water first or spirit first? No, just that we are baptized with both water and spirit if we want to enter the Kingdom of God. If you reject this and deny it, you are calling the Messiah a liar.

“There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again” (John 3:1-7).
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 41811028

Christ did NEVER say we must be BAPTIZED with water, as you claim, but that we must be BORN of water, as can be seen in John 3:5:

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

What water Christ meant, is shown in Eph 5:26:

(..) to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word,
 Quoting: The Bible

The meaning of the original Greek text is "through the water that is in the word". This does not mean literal water, for it is not needed, as Paul the apostle also demonstrated in 1 Co 1:17:

For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
 Quoting: The Bible

In the time period of the everlasting gospel there is no longer any true baptism with water, for baptism is now spiritual, as we can see from the following words: a sea of glass like unto crystal, in Rev 4:6:

And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal
 Quoting: The Bible

Your water baptism is now out of date, for the spiritual baptism has taken its place.

Of course, when that Irish dog attacks the truth I tell people here on GLP I must kill him by the spirit of our Saviour's mouth. We are now living in the days when the false doctrines of the Antichrist will be revealed and refuted by God's word.

I do not insist that I am right but that the truth that God has made plain to me and many others is real truth, not anything like the hogwash of "Ireland".

I have no need of gaining attention for my own sake but for the sake of all those people who seek the Lord today while seeing that today's Christendom is everything opposite of what is God's truth.

What I meant PJ was that my question speaks for itself. You asked for further clarification & I said that my question was very straight forward.

I believe that the Divine is pure, the epitome of Love. Love does not show anger, jealousy, hatred nor any other negative 'human' emotion. Love cannot condemn others to 'eternal torment'. Our Creator is a God of Love not a God of despair or wrath nor a source of pain. We create our own suffering by our actions, as we sow so shall we reap.

My question was if you believe that the All is a God of Love then how can you believe that those who 'get it wrong' will be cast into a Hell of Eternal suffering without any other chance of redemption? Does that clarify?

Although I do see things a bit differently to you PJ, I do agree that we live in a time where the false doctrines of Christianity will be revealed & you too will be in for a rude shock when the day comes.
It is my belief that Christianity will be reduced to nothing more than a cult well before the end of this century. The anti-Christ is any false doctrine & those who wrote [& changed] the Bible over the years motivated by greed to control the masses have much to answer for their actions.

Peace, Paul.

No. I am rebuking false teachings, something we are called to do but I wouldn't expect an ignorant person like you to understand that. All men were under the law of Moses though they understood it not; neither mercy, faith, or grace.

If you understood birth by the Spirit you would not be contentious, but would understand that the man on the cross was not baptized by the Spirit nor born of Him because Christ had yet to die. Yea, the Spirit was given after Christ was gone and not before.

"Nothing comes from the hand of man that did not come from God in the beginning. Yea, man can receive nothing unless it come from God."

And how does this relate to what I said or are you just trying to sound wise or something? Do you think I don't know that? Baptism came from God to John the Baptist. Yes I do disagree with you and am fully in line with the Messiah and the Father. Do you also dispute that water baptism is needed for entry into the Kingdom of God. I don't really get what you are refuting that I have said. How about making things clearer?

"John came in the name of Christ to make way for Him and Christ came in the name of the Father and the Father gave to Christ the testament"

Do you think I don't know that? I don't need you to keep telling me the obvious. Your posts have no substance. You are just repeating things the word of God makes clear already.

"and the testament had no power till He died."

That is an outright false teaching since Christs testimony had much power when he was alive, otherwise, he could not have been recognized as the Messiah. The Messiah gave directions and Commands when he was alive and they certainly were in effect when he was alive. We are still under the law of Moses, just a fulfilled law of Moses that Yeshua said he came not to do away with but to fulfill but I bet you are just another lawless apostate goat entrenched in Mystery Babylon who will deny this exposing yourself for the anti-Christ you are.

"neither mercy, faith, or grace."

You claiming the inspired Apostles did not understand mercy, faith, or grace? Wow, glad you cleared that up. You don't know what you're talking about, do you? You just like to think you do and act like you do.

"If you understood birth by the Spirit you would not be contentious, but would understand that the man on the cross was not baptized by the Spirit nor born of Him because Christ had yet to die. Yea, the Spirit was given after Christ was gone and not before."

As I already stated, I am wary about the book of Luke but even if it was a true testimony, Christ died before the two criminals on the cross so my point still stands.

15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.

16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

"I will remind you of your very (un)HOLY twisting of Scripture, when you claimed against Scripture that in Zech 6 the white horses going to the north country were the Medes and Persians, while Scripture itself says they are the spirits of the heavens (Zech 6:5)."

You are twisting what I said. Prove I said that or be found a liar.

Re: I HAD SOME KIND OF PROPHETIC DREAM ABOUT THE TWO WITNESSES!!? I WAS TOLD TO COME HERE AND POST, PLEASE READ!
...

Wow, you impress me, for the apostles of Jesus were always revealing the truth and refuting the lies of Satan whereas you are not bothering about youself having been refuted nor that you have no competence or power to fight me, the true witness of God.

What a shame you are!

The true witness of God, totally invincible to you, you dastard!

Really? lmaonorespect

Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you. Matthew 7:6

Another wonderful fail by the biblicaly ignorant imbecile. They are the Messiah's own words, I will follow them rather than the words of an insignificant false teacher/prophet. You are too easy to expose. lmao

Thanks for playing.

Since what you call "holy" should not be thrown to the dogs, implying me to be a dog, I will remind you of your very (un)HOLY twisting of Scripture, when you claimed against Scripture that in Zech 6 the white horses going to the north country were the Medes and Persians, while Scripture itself says they are the spirits of the heavens (Zech 6:5).

You were stupid enough to throw to me THAT LIE, such as you now claim to be holy. What a shame you are!

So therefore the word "dog" fits the best as a name for you, you twister:

Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
 Quoting: The Bible

You are revealed by Scripture to be a dog!!!

I noticed back a few pages you said similar nonsense and I said this,

Contact the Saami authorities first, then the Norwegian authorities with all testimonials about me, and they will tell you that I am among the foremost interpreters and interpreters of the Saami people, both in Norway, Sweden, Russia, and Finland, for I am know in all four countries!

What testimonials have you got among the Irish, or are you just hiding with you unwarranted claims with only your stupid fits of anger to let people know that you exist?

And, I ask you again, when did the Medes and Persians become "spirits of the heavens", as you claim?

What a bombastic clown this guy really is. What a complete mockery he is. I am sure you believe you vain bullshit too. An interpreter? lmao

"And, I ask you again, when did the Medes and Persians become "spirits of the heavens", as you claim?"

"Where did I say that exactly?"
