The mission of the Two Witnesses is not to the church, but to Israel.

Moses declares the Law and Elijah declares Divine Judgment in Jerusalem.

They both bear witness to God and Jesus Christ and the fulfillment of all things,

which torments a world given over to evil and the evil one.



It makes sense.

Or maybe it is others.
