Quoting: SubarcticBeefYeah, they were the guys that reported the Koresh group for ordering guns. That worked out well. Sounds pretty solid alright. (won't mention the fact I worked for the UPS cyborg corporation. Not the least bit fascist, but hey, the deliveries run on time). |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 239210 Canada 01/27/2008 01:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Service is just terrible. Quoting: timexThe most terrible service I have ever encountered. They have lost my package and can't provide any documents at all. I have lost about 200$ but the most bad part in this that I had very nice Timex Marlin original GB watches in my package that can't be replaced with any money at all. Damn FedEx. I hope satellite will fall on their head office. Plus, they try and have you pay extra to become a member and they claim it's to help you reclaim on income tax. Yeah right! I told them to send the package back and I used UPS, or something else. Sorry Tom Hanks, you still suck. |
timex (OP) User ID: 362304 Belarus 01/27/2008 01:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So it is FedEx's fault you aren't intelligent enough to know hwo to ship and insure a valuable item? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80623MY FAULT. I ADMIT IT. MY FAULT that I have chosen them. And the item was not that valuable - its cost on ebay was about 50$. The rest were shipment charges and transaction fees. I was a receiver of the item. I collect timex watches. The item was insured up to its value. I found that as a receiver I have absolutly no control over items destiny and FedEx wont cooperate with in any possible way. In russian customer service they were just telling me that they don't have any information at all, and in USA customer service they just gave me endless apologies and promises to help, but that is all. Why I chose FedEX in the first place ??? Some years ago they were delivering me paychecks to my door. I thought they are still fine with delivery. But it turned out that they are just a pile of horse shit. higher than high |

N User ID: 380955 United States 02/26/2008 11:01 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I do agree. My expensive computer box was left in front of my room and it was shipped with the signature required! How could they left the box without attention? I don't know why the FedEx treats the customer without responsibility. The tracking number system is also terrible that it takes forever to update to the current status online. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 380419 United States 02/26/2008 11:12 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Why? The fucking United States Postal Service opens my packages and mail like the good little Nazi Gestapos they are. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 126141Time to forgive the United Stages Postal Service for opening your packages. Stop playing the victim card and you'll live a better life. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 126141 United States 02/26/2008 11:16 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | No I'm not going to forgive the USPS. They're doing that crap because I exercise my freedom of speach here. Fuck that. What pisses me off more is that they don't even try to hide it. They tear the hell out of it and then tape it up with USPS tape that plainly states that they tore it all to hell to inspect it. WTF? I have my terrorist bombs shipped UPS now thank you. |

Sometimes deliverys can be delayed and still show up. (I have an ebay store and ship worldwide) |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 126141Holding on to grudges is bad for the soul. Jesus says to forgive and forget. You need to stop playing the victim card and blaming all your woes on other people. It is not their fault, but the fault is your very own. Accept responsibility for your own actions and stop blaming others for it. Again, forgive, forget, move forward. |
babyrn2000 User ID: 363283 United States 02/26/2008 11:21 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | wait? the shipper is responsible and they will get their money back. you are automatically insured up to $150. they usually pay you back within a week... and the driver is the one who pays the bill for the loss.. not big ole fedex. drivers are contractors, not yet employees til june of this yr. you still have rights.. scream loudly and they will pay you. I have used they for ebay to ship for yrs.... over a decade and they are flawless with giving you your money back... |
Isaac Brock died for us User ID: 337597 Canada 02/26/2008 11:25 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | UPS has always been available everywhere I lived, from a hamlet at the end of the road in Northern Ontario, to the Northwest Territories, to Israel's Arava desert. Fedex is just between major cities. Why support a service that is only available in high traffic areas? owner of an extensive collection of curios from the exotic orient |
