In our corrupt society it's hard to believe anything at face-value so, I understand where you're coming from. And, yes-the story has excellent form/content-arrangement but, what you have to realize is that in years past people were actually educated in how to "correctly" organize and write articles/essays etc. Obviously, that's not the case today. Our present institutions are instructed to dumb-down the information-to make it easy. So, quite naturally, the writing style/organization of yeateryear will certainly feel "contrived" but, I can assure you the articles are genuine-just of a bygone era when the population were far more advanced in the skills of "proper" communication.

On a side note, my cousin was recently penalized for writing sentences with more than 8 words! Not only that but, after he questioned the merit of such instructions, he was dismissed and told that he should be happy because, he wouldn't have to sweat the assignment!

My young cousin is brilliant but, enjoys his studies and takes pride in his work. He is one of those rare intellectuals equally able from both right & left brain. Needless to say, he was upset from all of this. Hopefully, he will not let it discourage him too much.

It's a shame that as society enters the information/technology age that we the people (as a whole) are so ill prepared. If America falls it will certainly be from within as the rich and powerful are greedy-only interested in themselves and the here and now.

Sorry for the ramble but, I just wanted to address the issue concerning the validity-it's real, we're just too damn stupid to appreciate the beauty of proper writing (not aimed at the poster but, us as a whole in America.)
