The guy next and behind Fred Thompson had the same kind of video pixel distortion. Fred's suit have the same thing.

No alien shape-shifting in the video. Just bad compressed video with distortion. You don't see Fred reacting to his own shape-shifting when he kept on talking?

This is bizarre ! I'm not sure if this is "trick of the light" or camera anomalies
but it certainly is strange...

I've seen this in other vids but always dismissed it as nonsense...
Look toward the end of the vid at Fred's face starting to change...and the guy standing to his right...the guy's forehead has something going on...

Over the past ten years, I've seen all manner of ridiculous BS "shape-shifting" evidence online. People running convolution filters and adjusting the contrast in Photoshop, running the "Solar" filter and foolishly mistaking the highlighted compression artifacts as something else, etc. All total loony BS.

This is the first time I can't figure it out.

It scares me.

Maybe it was compressed multiple times with different algorithms, which would cause an artifact to move with the face? But it changes along with the angles of the face...

Assuming it's really happening to his face, I'm still keeping you reptilian nut jobs a mile away from me. Fred might have some legitimate condition.

Also, reminds me of Skinner's veins after Krychek pumps him full of the blood-clotting nano-bots.
