Well im sixteen and dont have the money to buy a peice so i smoke out of cans and tinnys ive been doin it for a long time and hasent done harm to me if you dont have a peice them just make a tinny or a can i just think of it as im fuckin smokin weed who cares wat happens or just wait out the storm man.

Get yourself a Barbie Doll they are Hollow. Take the head and one leg off. Then take the little screen off of your faucet along with the screw on cap that holds it in and jam it into the leg. That will hold the Tobacco. You then suck through the hole from the removed head.

use an apple with 2 holes drilled/poked in it and a screen from the faucet

furthermore, you can poke a pen-casing (take apart an ink pen) and poked into one of the holes in teh apple for a "pipe tube" since sucking on the apple is a little close to where you fire the bowl

just dont let teh fire from teh lighter meet with the plastic on teh pen, you dont want to smoke plastic

I feel for ya, its a difficult situation. Usually the hardest part is the glue. Honey works quite well for sticking the papers. You should at least be able to find thin paper somewhere, telephone book, bible, grease paper.

Anything can work if you are desperate enough. For weed, the best in a pinch thing is a 1/4 or 3/8 deep well socket. Don't have the deep well? Use a pen tube, just don't get it too hot or you'll be smoking plastic. Basically, anything you can think of that can make a tube and a bowl.

For tobacco, don't use the popcan. You'll choke your ass off. Any kind of thin white paper works. You can take the heavier paper and get it wet and roll it while still damp then let it dry; in the the oven, outside, with a lighter...
If you need a filter, use one from an already smoked cigarette. It works.

Bible. If you have a copy laying about chances are (90%+) that it is made from thinner "rice" paper. There are plenty of blank pages that you can use. When those are gone, there are plenty of verses you can just cut out, you know useless verses like 'Let he who casts the first stone' and 'Love thy neighbor' and 'Judge not lest ye be judged'.

Not fully understanding that the bible is just a book, with no real value if one doesn't know what it says and understands that the WORDS are eternal and that smoking it (burning it, using it as butt wipe) is not doing anything to the WORDs just the book.
