If you you really want to spin you could make a bucket bong.
Take 2 litre fruit juice bottle. Cut of the bottom. Take off the plastic top and drill small hole. Insert brass or alumimium cone. Fill plastic bucket with water. Insert plastic bottle until nearly under water. Fill cone with combustibles. As you hold the lighter over the cone lift the bottle up in the water. Suction draws the smoke into the bottle. remove top, place mouth over opening, lower the bottle in the water forcing cool smoke into lungs. Fall over.
